We visited this homestay as a family of five, primarily looking for a wheelchair-friendly place since my dad is recovering from a stroke. The location is excellent—very close to the elephant camp, Kalari and Kathakali performances, and the fountain show. It’s also just a short walk to the boat ride booking office and near the rose park. The hosts provided a warm, homely experience and were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisting us with trip arrangements. The ground floor rooms are accessible by wheelchair, although there are a few mild steps to reach them, which are still manageable for elderly guests. The ambience is pleasant, and they offer an authentic complimentary breakfast every morning. The staff were incredibly supportive and always ready to help.

The place itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable and clean rooms. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality of our hosts. From helping us with local tips and recommendations to providing us with delicious homemade meals, they truly made our stay unforgettable. Spacious rooms and friendly attender joseph and his son. And also other staffs. There are some small flaws in facilities as this was being newly constructed but that did not hinder experience because of the staffs

I dont prefer it, no privacy, no proper curtans can see though the windows at night. No hand wash in bathroom, bathroom windows is open cannot close. Can hear people talking from other room

we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. the owner was very friendly and even suggested nearby places to visit. the place was very hygienic and pleasant. have recommended many friends and family as they liked the pictures we posted in social media! had a great time and thank you for such an amazing place😊

The rooms and the entire atmosphere in the compound was very pleasant and relaxing. It was located at walkable distance to the periyar tiger reserve, the elephant camp and to the shows for kalaripaiyattu and kathakali. The host joseph was very friendly and helped us plan our activities there, and also helped personally in booking the shows. I wish we could stay there longer. I would highly recommend, to stay at green court thekkady.

A very nice property to stay. This was very comfortable to stay. There was positive attitude of care taker. Care taker also helped to guide us.

Location and ambience was good. Very close to many tourist attraction, like boating point, elephant camp, art centre. They have a spice garden within the property our stay was comfortable.

I have reached there by 2 pm. I have called the care taker and he showed the rooms. I have booked 2 delux rooms on mm t but he said only one deluxe room is available. But i have already booked and paid the rent on mmt. Still he said it is occupied already and asked to pay 500 extra for super delux room. It happened with our neighbour customer as well. Rooms were clean and it is near to all the major tourist attraction. Food is good it seems we didn't had on the property.

Accommodation, environment good. Approaching of stay incharge was not good manner. Entry reception he say your room is already allotted to others and he advised us to cancel your booking. We anger with him and compromise with neighborhood then he allot other room in same stay.

We opted deluxe, area is peaceful but lacked few things like TV, not best for bachelors because it surrounded by local houses, I found a dead lizard in the room.

An excellent cottage with good location and so clean place. Welcome warmly with care. I am feeling satisfied and recommend for people who wish to stay in a cottage in Thekkady with reasonable price and only place I suggest is Green Court.

Green Court cottage is located very close to the elephant camp and ticket counter for Periyar safari. Nothing much special, average in terms of other facilities. Good for a night stay, for travellers interested in boat safari. There were mosquitoes in and Around our cottage but that's because of greenery all Around. I would rate it bit above three due to location otherwise average stay.
