Good food services but not cleaned the room well. The last 5 kms stretch is broken road and not suitable for cars only for jeeps. This could have been informed upfront by hotel or makemytrip. Com we did not planned for this road. The 1 day jeep trekking package was very good. The resort is quite calm and have beautiful views.

The road to resort was very bad condition, almost 5 km are off road drive very difficult to drive with car

Family suite was very small and cannot accommodate 4 adults. It was a very bad experience with the room. Property and food was ok

Service was not up to the mark. Property is very good. Food is very very expensive. 3 small pieces of chicken curry charged 445. No way to contact the restaurant while it was raining.

Rooms and location is good. Road towards the place is not good but its public road. Food is bad and waiting time is too high.

Resort situated around tea estate and nearby waterfalls. Good ambience, vibrant scenario, Good quality staff... Nice resort for family stay also couples and bachelors. It was an excellent experience 😍

The rooms had some of the best views of the vagamon hill station. The way to get to the resort is terrible. You need a proper 4x4 for reaching there. We had an innova, and it took 58 mins to reach the resort from the base (5km. If you are prepared for that, then you can go to the resort. They must keep all sets of toiletries in the room before we come, but we had to ask for the same.

If you book there is no response from the resort. If any problem is reached the resort there is no response. Food quality and service is very bad. Morning complementary breakfast also not good only 2 dies poori and uthappam only. Swimming pool very bad and not mentioned. Hot water also not available in my room.

Resort stay was excellent -ambience, food and persons in resort were good all time smiling face with ready to serve. Location is awesome with lonely place

Beautiful location but the road leading to property is pretty bad. Last 5kms of journey is really bad and signposting needs to be better food is decent and location is amazing. Facilities like swimming pool and bonfire facilities aren't upto the mark.

Location was good. Good service from the team. Remarkable note is the way to the resort. It took more than 40 minutes to cover 5 kms to the resort. Literally there is no road and we have to spend nearly 40 minutes to travel one side. Due to this it’s bit difficult to go for sightseeing or having food from outside. Due to this it is impossible to choose travel after 7 pm as there is no houses and mobile connectivity in this area.

The location and surrounding is great in mid of tea plantations, you can talk feel them 360°, but reaching there is really through a rough road of around 5km which it self takes around 40 mins. If you like driving off road, may be you will like it

Excellent resort with nice stay and service. Staffs are very friendly. 4km road towards the hotel from the main road is the only issue.

The room wasn't very clean

It was great to stay and take pictures close to tea plantation. Places nearby are also attractive village forest ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's wonderful place you can chill, best staff there they behave like our friends and very much coperative. Food was wonderful atmosphere and ambiance was super. Only issue is the way we reach, management and staff should arrange a parking space in main road and pick up from there in bolero like vehicle for car travel families. Highly recommended for all category people like bachelors, couples, family etc.
