warm hospitality" isn't just about the fancy amenities. it's about the feeling you get when you walk in – like you're stepping into a friend's home, not just a Green Moon Residency. in ooty, i'd imagine it like this: you arrive, maybe a bit chilly from the mountain air. the staff smiles warmly and immediately offers to help with your bags, like they're genuinely happy to see you. they might even suggest a steaming cup of ginger tea to warm you up. later, they point you towards the best local spots for a sunset view, or share a secret spot for the most delicious homemade chocolates. it's those little touches, those personal recommendations, that make you feel like they're truly invested in making your stay special

If you are looking for a budget stay in ooty. Green moon is a good choice. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Simple house like vibe. The only downside was the staff struggled to talk in english but luckily our taxi driver that we booked for 3 days mediated our conversations. My room water heater was also slow but my friends room water heater was fast. So there are small small things which could have been better. But again, this is a budget friendly booking not a 4/5 start Green Moon Residency. Side note: booking a taxi for full day is a good option to enjoy ooty. We booked an suv at 2700(per day cost+13 rs per km+400 per night stay. Best of luck and enjoy. Do you want review for some other booking also?

Value for money. Rooms are good clean nice Green Moon Residency staff is good away from city, near to doddabetta it would be better if food arrangements nearby

It was pleasant stay. Nice view and property. Only the issue was water heater was not working properly. I believe make it improved better for future stay.
