They have not provided towels and soap. Also, if we ask for a battery for the TV remote, they are telling us they do not have it, so please adjust.

Hotel location is superb..it's directly on the main road and easily accessible. In terms of food I never order anything from hotel restaurant, iam not sure if they had hotel restaurant though outside of hotel it was written roof top restaurant. First night when we asked for food they told us to order food from zomato/Swiggy. In terms of amenities there were some disappointment like they didn't provide basic dental kits rather charge us for it. Room cleaning was never done in our two days stay. Hotel staffs were good, they responded quickly except for the part when we asked of cloth hanger they didn't even provide us

staff are very arrogant.they don't know how to talk .better avoid to talk to them. rest all ok .value for money

Room Ambience is Good. AC not working in Room No 1004. Tooth Brush and Paste need to be added . Nothing to be add.

Reception person is arrogant and not supportive. They are not customer friendly. Just money minded. They don't respect customer. Very bad behaviour by staff. Don't go to this hotel. Worst people and worst service.

It was completely different from what showing on google. There was a bare minimum expectations for the price i have paid. Very poor

We initially checked the price and rooms offline and decided to book through the MakeMyTrip app, as it was cheaper. When we informed the reception staff, they confirmed it was fine. However, when I proceeded to book, the price increased twice, citing high demand. It seems that mentioning we were booking online led to the price hike. To avoid this, it's better not to mention booking online before finalizing.

Stay was good room was clean but washroom was pretty dirty, water had yellow tinge and they were charging extra money on top of mrp for water bottles and beverages which is pathetic

Don't choose this one. Wrist maintenance and booked including complementary breakfast for 250- per person is a scam and cheating of customers.

The stay was decent but they never cleaned the washroom before our check in. The previous occupant's used soap was still on top of the sill and it was covered with hair ( there was no dental kit nor an additional towel prepared for us. Food was decent. Linen was clean.

They provided good service to customers and well and neat rooms. It’s near to all the food areas.

I stayed for 1 days, just because i came 1 hr 30 mins early they demanded 500 extra and no hot water nothing is provided

No restaurants, rooms and bathroom floors and accessories unclean. No toiletries. Not comfortable. Wi fi not at all working.

Place was very pleasant and peaceful everything is smooth, rooms are nice and well lited, bathrooms are clean and tidy
