My stay was truly fantastic and absolutely worth it! I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone. If you're someone looking for a quiet location with reliable Wi-Fi for remote work, this is the perfect choice. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the entire property maintained high standards of hygiene — from clean beds and spotless washrooms to a tidy balcony. The staff were very cooperative, and the manager was especially helpful and welcoming. It’s a great place to bring your family without any hesitation. I had a great experience and would love to return!

This was my 6th or 7th time stay in same hotel since every time it used to be perfect except this time. First of all preferred room was not provided even though it was available. Washroom was not clean and stinky with provided room. Even after cleaning it smells bad. Food is not that mark that it used to be earlier. Room service number is not reachable most of the time. I had met with an accident and asked for help from staff but no one came even after an hour, that's inhuman.

The apartment allocated was full of insects, bugs and unhygienic. The washrooms were having a foul smell which could not be located even after consistent efforts of the hotel staff. In addition to the above, there was no electric supply in the room. However, the staff members were very professional, friendly and helped us in any manner they could have to resolve the persistent issue we were facing in the property.

The hotel was overall quite good. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the stay comfortable. The food was decent, though not exceptional. The highlight of the stay was definitely the balcony view — absolutely stunning and relaxing! One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located a bit far from the main city area, so you won’t find public transport easily. To get around, you’ll need to book private taxis. Despite that, the amenities and staff service made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Green roof hotel is located about 8 km from the mall road. The deluxe room that we took was very cosy, with a double bed and a safa cum bed. Meat and clean bed sheets and quilts were kept. In fact we asked for an additional quilt also and they readily provided. Similarly, we asked for a room heater, that they immediately provided. Apart from this, the food was awesome, delicious and prices very reasonable. The assistance by Sh. Veerpal was always so forthcoming. He was there whenever we needed his assistance. Best thing was that he provided us a room heater on our request though this was not explicitly mentioned in the list of amenities to be provided by the hotel.

Hotel’s location is a bit inconvenient at first but the stay was good, the staff was also friendly and the food they serve is also good and sufficient quantity.

extremely pathetic, n pls don't book any hotel n especially this hotel , they has just put the wrong location just to make money, n once I reached to this location it's far almost 10kms away from nainital, surrounded by forest, even the hotel staff were complaining that this issue has been faced by so many people, these ppl r just blaming each other making money from the ppl by putting incorrect hotel location n not providing n denying about the booking person n making lye. it's a hundred request from every travel not to book tjis property dur to wrong location provided n property owner just to make money, n there is no transport service, nothing is there, and worst n property owner is is so rude to everyone, god and he was asking me not to pst bad reviews about his property. pathetic, worst and very frustrating experience and till now I didn't got any resolution
