Green View Clarks Inn

The inn wasn't at all far off from the city. Very close to the city railway station. Relatively calm. The checking in experience was hassle free. The room was reasonably spacious. The toiletries that were kept was adequate but it lacked talc powder. The bathing towels were very ordinary and appeared rather old and worn out. They have to keep at-least two hand towels. It lacked a fridge which i thought was an essential keeping in mind the summer. The complementary water bottles were rather inadequate and needs to be replaced with 2 to 3 litres of water. The water kettle was rather huge and needs to be kept with 250 ml minimum and 1 liter maximum. The foot mat near the washroom was dirty from the time i checked in but the front desk people asked me to pay for dirtying it which i thought was mean. It could be replaced with non linen material. I cannot comment on the food as i didn't make use of the restaurant. The car parking is rather small and the way to the basement is rather fraught with danger of the bottom of the car hitting the hump. I would rate the stay as average to good. The staff were polite.

Staying in this Green View Clarks Inn was very helpful, as the security guard carried my luggage to the room and he was very helpful in parking my car and housekeeping guys response was very fast, i called at 2am to clean my bed, in 5 min it was done. It is a great place to stay. Reception, restaurant, lounge and the room, everything is fine, and great quality. My room even had a balcony. Did not expect that. Because of smart city works in progress, the roads around the Green View Clarks Inn is not not fully tarred or concrete yet. People at he Green View Clarks Inn like the receptionist, security guy, waiters, room service, all are very good, and give good service. Only suggestion i have is, bathroom cleanliness can be improved. But it is minor, because as such the bathroom is clean.

This Green View Clarks Inn is on the main road within shimoga which makes it very accessible. Rooms are very neat and thanks to the team here who have upgraded our rooms to suite and executive from superior without any extra cost. Food is decent enough and parking is available. Cars with low clearance should be mindful of a mega breaker after the ramp. Bar is attached to the Green View Clarks Inn and am amazing view of the town from the executive room. Pros: good food in the bridge multi cuisine restaurant well maintained Green View Clarks Inn with great hygiene - we wanted Green View Clarks Inn with good hygiene and safety during covid time and it proved to be a safe option Green View Clarks Inn staff is very polite. Special mention for pritam from hospitality in the bridge cons: parking space ramp was having a bump which can damage sedan cars. So we parked in the main area as an alternative.

I choose for early check in. There was no communication from mm t or Green View Clarks Inn that i will be charged extra for that. When i went to Green View Clarks Inn i was asked to pay for early check in. At-least this should have been notified either while booking or as early as possible. This feels like being cheated.

We had a great time there....I will give 5 star to this property...it was a laxurious property...The staff were so nice ....The ambience was really nice and very peaceful place where we can spend our own time with our loved one I really enjoyed a lot. It was a nice location close to the main road, nice property, clean rooms and supportive staff, breakfast was a disappointment as most of the items were cold and staff was insufficient to take care of the demands of the people, resulting to poor service. Dinner was good, buffet was really nice. Staff was cooperative

Excellent experience with the Green View Clarks Inn. Nice staff and room service good. The restaurant was also good and service was also nice in restaurant also. The dinner and breakfast was also excellenet. The only problem is with the bathroom it was little congested and no space.

Very comfortable rooms with parking. Near to the railway station. We stayed for 2 days and rooms were cleaned and towels/bedsheet were changed without we asking them to do. Overall good experience.

Hotel was good. However they don't allow outside food which is a setback and their restaurant does not have enough option either.

The Green View Clarks Inn is located at the centre of the city and the property is well maintained. Except for the basement parking ramp which is very poorly designed, value for money.

Overall experience was good in terms of the room and property's location. The service staff in the restaurant needs better training.
