Door lock was not working, Water not available on the last day, No room service, phone was not working, Bathroom door was broken, All Deluxe bedrooms are at 4th floor which is just like climbing mussoorie mountain. Less than average.

*hotel was good, *staff was good *i rated good because toilet was properly clean nd tidy but pta ni ak mara hua cockroach kaha se raha vaha bakii,, * room m todhe smell h silan ki h ya kya kiski pta ni but hai smell *baki light ate jate rhte h but jada time Tak ni jate abhi bhi jate h * baki all bed sheet, blanket, pillows all are very good if room is also clean **all over hotel is price worthy
