Green Wood Beach Resort

excellent stay..receptionist Madhu was very helpful and very humble. Road conditions of havelock is very pathetic. Govt authorities should be very active and speedy to repair the roads. As a tourist from West Bengal, I had faced terrible experience reaching to Hotel from Radhanagar Beach after sunset.

The rooms are pathetic , dirty and not up to the mark as they are charging good . Very much disappointed. Had to leave the place after 5 minutes of checking in.

Nice location on the way kalapather beach road. Staff is cooperative also.

Offline charge 2000 inr per night. Make my trip is too costly. The charge 4000 per night.

Location is very good. Only problem is with the washrooms, there was smell in the washroom even after cleaning and there was issue with drainage as well. But if you are looking for a budget stay next to beach then you can opt for this. Staff is friendly and very helpful

Pros located at a great place . Cons It is a very basic room. it is worse then what is shown on the pictures. The sheets and covers were stained and when asked to change we were told they do not have extra sheets . The bathroom needs an upgrade. you do not get hot water in the shower . You will get a better room for the same price somewhere else.

We had stayed for four nights. There was snake in one of the room due to no proper drainage cover at washroom

The worst stay ever. Owner is arrogant and non cooperative. It is not a resort just a group of cottages without even the basic amenities in the room. The room is infested with ants, insects etc. The washroom stinks and there is no provision of regular cleaning in the room.

Owner is very arrogant and no cleaning and room service is available when required. The owner tries to patch you up with the middlemen for watersport and conveyance of her liking, however if you dont take that, her attitude changes. The only respite is beach available on the back side of the hotel. Stay here only if you want to sleep at night and nothing else.

Room is substandard for the price charged. Hygine is lacking, washroom is smelly. Towels are stained.

the property is just amazing it was great experience staying here most importantly staff is very friendly & gentle must stay in this resort if you visit havelock island

I will highly recommend this place for family and couples. Connected to private beach. Very cooperative staff. They have their own restaurant which serves you mouth watering food which you will never forget.

It was ok type resort. Staffs behaviour is good. You can get wifi only if you sit outside the room that is in the corridor. Food is somewhat ok type. Rooms and wash rooms are spacious but of normal looking and quality only. Not worth of what i have paid.

They serve us without seal water bottle bathroom is terrific comode is not working properly no room service restaurant price is too much high breakfast is not available at the time of check out

Average rooms, you can find small insects inside the rooms also stinky too. Food was good.

This property should be named as greenwood lodge. It is the worst room we stayed in during any visits to any resort. It should be called a lodge. No toiletries. Old dirty and small room. No table. No tea kettle. The bathroom is a dirty one. Ac needs repair now and then. No hooks in the bathroom. No geyser. The star rating is totally wrong. The beach is full of trees so it should not be called a beach. So please do not lure with the photographs. Breakfast has no options and in a non ac restaurant you have to sit and have it. No cot for single bed.

There was power off for 3 times in the night. The resort folks intentionally delayed to switch on diesel generator. In the morning he took almost 30 minutes to power on. The ac was spinkeling water whole night and very loud ac. The ac sound was too terrific. There was only one solid small soap given in the room. No hand wash no dentel kit. No intercome. No geyser no toilet roll. It was worse than stand alone house. No reception. One mobile number was given as reception number. After complaining, off-course the resost guy denied all.

Its main plus point is the beach behind the resort it was so clean and beautiful and less crowded. Loved the stay in budget
