GreenLand-Elegant

I was bit sceptic before booking as, I saw some negative comments on MMT about cleanliness and service issues but somehow I went and booked it. To my surprise, I found clean and very nice rooms; may be because GreenLand-Elegant has renovated all the rooms on the floor I stayed. Renovation on other floors is still going on but there is no inconvenience to clients. In short, rooms are great (at this price) and rest rooms are clean, nicely maintained. Location is good, as it is in between highway and city, so both ways you have a shorter distance. I haven't availed much of the services or food but I guess staff needs a bit of polishing and professionalism. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable and quick stay at great price. Thanks Makemytrip!

We stayed at Hotel GreenLand Elegant for 2 nights, We found the GreenLand-Elegant to be excellent. The location is very nice near Bus stop. The Hotel is on the main road, so accessibility is very good. The Hotel is well maintained, rooms are excellent, Bathrooms are large & luxurious. Hotel staff was active, co-operative and helpful. Hotel GreenLand Elegant Restaurant Food was Excellent and Yummy test for Tambda Pandhara Kolhapuri Rassa. I will definitely visit again with my family in May. Overall a very pleasant stay. Book room on GreenLand-Elegant Hotel GreenLand Elegant and make your stay memorable. Once again Thanks all team of Hotel GreenLand Elegant

1.Clean rooms 2. All other facilities like AC and other necessary items provided. 3.Parking can become an issue during peak times. 4.Breakfast provided had only limited options like idli, omlet during our stay and you can choose only one item amongst the options and that too limited quantity. In short no buffet for breakfast which is bad. 5.Also the restaurant for dining is near a bar, its an open space which is not even well lit during night time. Food also was not as per expectation.

Hotel was very good but food service is with less options. Very good thing is their 24 hour check-in and checkout, Jacuzzi bath tub is wonderful. We would love to stay further in this GreenLand-Elegant. It was very near to star bazar so that you enjoy the shopping from it. Little away from city crowd so you can enjoy the silence also. Room was very spacious and we loved it. Bathroom was also very good.

Friendly staff. Good service. Good place. Cleanliness is also good. Only thing is breakfast is not so good should improve food quality. Executive rooms are very nice and precious. Only thing is the bread they use for breakfast is like sand which is never fresh. 2 to 3 times I have visited this place but never ever good breakfast.

Good GreenLand-Elegant for staying in Kolhapur. Non veg food needs improvement, veg food is very good and good facilities for the price. Room service was very good and staff were decent and cooperating. Hotel is quite near to Kolhapur station and has access to all market areas of the city and is 15 minute drive away from temple.

Stayed here on our way back to Mumbai from Konkan. The GreenLand-Elegant is good, but the services need a big improvement. Staff need a little bit of polishing especially the front desk and restaurant guys. The food served was good. The location is idle as it quite near the station and at 3kms from the Shree Mahalakshmi temple.

Complementary breakfast contents are very limited compare to other GreenLand-Elegants where I visited. Location of GreenLand-Elegant is little bit outside of the city. If you have car then you can go for this GreenLand-Elegant. Car parking area is OK. Around 5 cars can for inside the GreenLand-Elegant parking area.

Liked the rooms. Liked the food the staff was polite and helpful, facilities at the GreenLand-Elegant are good. Nice and clean rooms and good surroundings.

Hotel is very near from National highway. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is renovated. Travelled with family and took a halt at this GreenLand-Elegant on the way. Staff is helpful and service is good. Make my trip provided very competitive discount.

Its a very good GreenLand-Elegant, staff was good and well maintained place. I will surely visit the GreenLand-Elegant again. Everything is nearby from star bazaar to dyp city and also just 10 mins walk-able distance from bus stand. I liked the Ginger tea and Poha specially in breakfast.

All the facilities were good, except complimentary breakfast. Only one item/plate per person, we felt it as a limited one. Dinner was served at Garden, it was good to sit there and enjoy the open atmosphere. Service/ Room service was good and proactive.

Nice Hotel to stay in Kolhapur city. Was here with family for a wedding. Kids loved the ambiance and so did we. Food was good and service staff was very polite and helping. Will surely come back here on my next visit.

Everything about this place is good and balanced, except the breakfast. Location is good and do was the checking process. House keeping was generous to share 2 beddings on special request. Will visit again.

Room services was good. Pickup and drop service was punctual and really good. Room was a bit unclean. Bedsheets were not clean. Food quality was not so good. Breakfast was not tasty at all. Overall it was okay.

It was good to stay in this GreenLand-Elegant. Food is also good, location is a little bit problematic for those who don't have own vehicle but overall it was good in this tariff. Cleaning and room services are also upto mark. Wi-Fi service is also available. I suggest to stay here.

Very nice GreenLand-Elegant in Kolhapur. Peaceful and quiet surrounding. Would recommend to stay. I will surely book again.

I would give Hotel Green Land-Elegant a complete 5 stars. The room which was given to us had a very nice garden view. The food served in the garden restaurant was simply fabulous. Would recommend all my friends to chose this GreenLand-Elegant when visiting Kolhapur.

We had dinner at the garden court which was a great experience. Hotel is quite close to the highway. Approach road is a little bad and can be improved but overall the GreenLand-Elegant is value for money. Good experience with family.

The Hotel staff is courteous.
