1. No proper cleaning in room, bathroom and loby 2. No packed water bottle providing 3. Break fast ok, ok 4. bathroom light, many times requested to Receptionist

Bathroom light very irritating Dental kit not provided outside area too dusty cleaning ok Restaurant available on ground floor we can order in room also

Location not good, room are clean but washroom are not good and clean, need to be more facility. Toiletries are not there

Toilet was not clear, Drain pipe broken,sink overflow. No soap provided after call to reception. Over all not satisfactory No courtesy from staffs and no action

The hotel is average. Ongoing construction makes the entrance messy, and the marshy land at the back causes mosquitoes, insects and a bad bathroom smell. The staff are kind, and in an emergency, this hotel can be a backup option.

Location is quite good for people visiting industrial area Hazira. But cleanliness needs improvement. When I checked-in, the bedsheets had not been changed, on requesting they brought another sheet and it was quite difficult to say which of them was cleaner both seemed used. The washroom light had motion sensor and every 8 seconds it used to go Off, causing inconvenience. Food was ok. The towels were very very old and weared out, rag like. Thank God I did bring my own. Soap and shampoo quality too needs improvement

well clean big rooms, staff is good food quality and delivery is good room phone not working freeze is not there in the room while showing in room facility list

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Property is good , room is spacious and clean but in apartment they are not provide food in room service.. overall good experience

It was great experience staying at your hotel. Parking space should be catered for the guest as it would provide mental security to the guest. Shifting to different building other than reception place is not wise choice.
