Walking distance from chennai central metro and mas railway station. Away from the main road in a street. Could have added a kitchen for inhouse guests. Have to order from predetermined Greens Suite - Business Class Hotels where the food is good, priced slightly on the higher side. Excellent location. Location away from the main road in a street. 3 person per room is bit odd for nuclear families of 2 adults and 2 children. Asking to book double rooms just because a child is a bit harsh on budget. Overall a good choice.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and amenities. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Hotel is located to easy access to chennai central railway station and metro station. Maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, including common areas and bathrooms. They give only one water bottle complementary in their service. I want to give suggestions to improve their service for water and on site restaurant. They should give few more water bottles and breakfast complementary, also they should start onsite restaurant in the Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel. This will improve and make attractive to their Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel service.

Awesome hospitality. Very nice stay. The staff are very co-operative, well behaved. Room service is excellent. The rooms are very neat and clean. We don't have to follow up for anything, if you will request for something immediate action has been taken.

Very good location. Rooms, bathrooms neat and clean. Geyzer running, but water not very warm. Reception desk very courteous, but took photograph while checking in. Not comfortable with that. They said it is a requirement. We are not sure.

Good experience, staff behaviour is good, following are some points needs to improve, while checking no one will carry your luggage to the room but as soon as you checked out for two bags also three person will come near to your cab to say you good bye. I am specifically tell about 3rd floor as they assigned me room on third floor. The rooms are old but maintained good, needs some improvements. Area wise good location, near to railway station near to metro station.

The Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel is built new, all rooms are good and properly furnished. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They don't have a restaurant so food is from outside. You can order and get it in room. The location of the Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel is so near to the central metro station and chennai railway station so it is very convenient. It is total value for money
