Greenwood Resort

My partner and i recently stayed at greenwood resort for a night, and i must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The resort's ambience, surrounded by lush greenery, created a serene and tranquil atmosphere that added to the overall charm of our stay. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. The staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment, which enhanced our comfort throughout our stay. It was evident that the management pays close attention to detail and takes pride in providing a clean and well-maintained resort. The staff at greenwood resort were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and received a genuinely warm welcome. The level of hospitality provided by the staff truly made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience at bag-an cafe and aroma restaurant. The food was exquisite, and we were impressed with the variety of dishes on offer. The flavors were exceptional, and it was evident that the chefs took great pride in their culinary creations. Whether we were indulging in local delicacies or enjoying international cuisine, every meal was a delightful experience. The swimming pool at greenwood resort deserves a special mention. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent hours enjoying the refreshing poolside atmosphere, basking in the sun, and taking a dip whenever we desired. The pool area was beautifully designed, creating a peaceful oasis within the resort. Overall, our stay at greenwood resort was simply wonderful. The ambience, green surroundings, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. The culinary delights at bag-an cafe and aroma restaurant were a gastronomic delight, and the swimming pool provided the perfect place to relax. We highly recommend greenwood resort for couples seeking a romantic and rejuvenating getaway.

Greenwood is one of the best resorts in guwahati. Though on an additional 1000 rupees we were upgraded to the luxury stay room. It must be appreciated that we were given an early check up too. The staff are professional and there’s a restaurant, an open restaurant and a bar to explore during your stay. The bathroom are hygienic and room well maintained. The food of the restaurant is one of the best taste in town. May it be you’re come over from other place or you be a local from guwahati, green wood is always a good option in the books!

It's our 3rd stay there. And noticed a very good development over the years. Food is really good in both aroma restaurant and bag-an cafe and we loved the items/choices which was little different from the common menu and the food quality was awsome. We enjoyed the meals. The manager/receptionist when we checked in was really helpful. Just one area where the facility incharge should watch out, is the outdoor sit outs at our cottages which should be cleaned thoroughly everyday so that we don't have to worry about sitting on dust!

We stayed for a night. Staff at reception was cold for some reason known to them. Reception room's ac was not working. They have reception written onto the building but it is onto the side. When conveyed to them politely. Were arrogantly told laga to hai. Room initially allotted didn't have functional telephone. On being asked they switched us to a new room. Room was excellent. Cafe was excellent. Property is amazing. Some aspects need improvement

Property is located not too far from the city center. Ordered in several times and the food was of good quality and taste. People are very courteous and friendly. During breakfast the Greenwood Resort staff offered to help take care of my infant kid which was very kind. The only negative according to me was that they tried to sell me rs. 150- 1 ltr water. But, later gave extra ro water which i needed to sterilise baby's bottles.

Rooms are just awesome. Bathrooms are super spacious. Senior elderly will have to take cart to move along. They have huge place. For in-room dining, food approximately takes around 30-45 minutes to reach. I loved the assamese dish of poha with curd sugar and gud which was an option in breakfast buffet. Sorry i forgot name. Food was overall good to eat. We were just for one night so didn't explore more nearby places.

The stay was really comfortable. The front office manager bimal helped me alot during the stay. The resort was amazing. And enjoyed the worldcup final in the big screen with the delicious continetnal food and beverages. We can have a night club experience in this property. But please bear in mind they have dress code for the entry. Anyway i can give 5 out of 5 for the stay at greenwood resort assam.

Had lot of greenery with nice mountain view. Staff was really friendly and good restaurant. Room was very spacious and well maintained

Stay is good but breakfast buffet needs drastic improvement.

1 night stay was amazing with lot's of fun and a big fat breakfast in the morning

The location is really good. Rooms are decent. Food is okay and somewhat overpriced. Service is amazing.

It’s a nice resort, food is good, the staff is helpful but the wifi is nonexistent and network service is really bad there. So if you are travel-ling for work and need internet this is not the place for you.
