Gruham Sojourn HomeStay | 650m from Guwahati Railway Station

Welcome kit like towel, soap, water bottle and foot mat was not available in the room. Also , Room was very small and AC was not working properly. Only a small room cost , so it was also expensive

There were no toilet papers, or food available. When I asked if I could use the kitchen, they said it’s chargeable at Rs 250 per day which is ridiculous. We were also not given soaps. When I asked the caretaker about it, he said ‘use the shampoos’. Cleanliness is average, wish there were covers on the blankets. Locality is good, no disturbance as such.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the homestay. Its right next to The Lush Cafe and Qala bake house. Located in Lamb road, you will find cute cafes and Assamese hotels within 1km radius. It has a couple of ponds and parks in walking distance where you can take evening and morning walks. Maa Kamakhya temple is about 8Kms from here and can Uber there. All in all we had amazing time in the homestay as well as Assam

Clean room and bathroom , nice locality but one room had cigarette smoke smell.

It was good , room was good for the amount of money paid.

Dishonest owner, ac was not working and there's no proper parking facilities, the owner behave us rudely when we were asking for parking

Location wise the stay was excellent. The caretaker of the homestay was very warm in his dealings. The food can be given by them if it is asked. Overall, the stay was very good and we would like to return next time here.

They need to improve their bed and mattress, no ventilation and window making it suffocating . Though cleanliness is good.

My parents stay was good and pleasant. The room and the entire environment was neat and well maintained. The staff/attendents were very cooperative well behaved.

The team is very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is in the city center near the major attraction.

The owner and the staff at graham sojourn were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the convenient location close to the railway station and many other attractions. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Good location walkable distance to restaurant's. Cabs&autos are accessible easily. Property is in a good & peaceful location. Overall very nice and good stay for me.

Much recommend homestay. Care taker was good, homestay was neat n clean, rooms were sufficient enough with balcony, near to railway station.

First of all,I didn't feel the homestay experience there at all. It was more like a hotel except hotels have parking facilities,they didn't have any ,had to park our car outside. No food options had to order from outside. Overall it was a bad experience. Only the location was good.

Location is excellent. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, shops, assam state museum, brahmaputra river heritage centre is not far away etc. Room was clean and cozy. Staff is helpful.

The room was neat and clean. Location is great. A lot of cafes and restaurants around. Also there is a lake and park nearby.

This was my 3rd stay here at graham sojourn and it was a good experience overall. The rooms are hygienic, bathrooms clean, with no unwanted disturbances. As a solo lady traveller the lace is pretty safe.
