There is no parking facility as mentioned, I parked my Car on the side of the road. Room was smelling and provide old towel and bedsheet. No facility of food even tea or coffee.

Stayed at GT Grand, Chennai – very disappointing. Unclean washroom, smelly room, dirty bed linen. Door locks old and unsafe. No arrival tea/coffee pouches. Kettle was rusty and unhygienic. Not recommended at all.

Normal rooms but descent atmosphere good to stay,for business peoples value for money

Rooms were in very terrible condition, Property owner tried to charge triple the amount .when I booked they asked me to check out 2 hours prioir before my check out time because they've some other clients willing to checkin

The room was not at all clean, however the toilets were neat and tidy. Hotel has to renovate the infrastructure to get good ratings. Proximity to multiple embassy is the plus point.

Room size and location are good, but many cockroaches running on the room and services are also not up to satisfactory

They doesnt have a normal wifi connection which is basic need of each individual, they doesnt have fully working kitchen, phones doesnt work in the room.

At GT we stayed around 3 days...room was good...maintained Cleanness...service boy was well responding...but what they provided breakfast was never good at all...and also their kitchen Cleanness was never maintained...they I'll provide dinner and lunch ..but as per my experience it is not up to the mark...not having quality.. over all I can say about this hotel is...for staying it is good ( it's better to book in online..if you booked directly they I'll charge more money). it's better to avoid food there...not worth for money what they are taking.

The door was broken, toilet flush broken, cockroach running around all over the place. when informed the staff very rude, absolute waste of money
