Gulaab Niwaas

We were travel-ling with our two dogs and needed space. The suite was perfect for us. The suite has a living area and a bedroom. The bathroom size is also large. There are two balconies attached to the living room and bedroom each. The property is also delightful and has a slight old world rajasthan charm. The lawns were perfect for our puppies to run around. The view is quite nice, also the lake is at quite a distance. The main pushkar village/choti basti is about 10-12 minutes walking. We liked the location as it gave us an opportunity to walk more. Some of the people in the kitchen were very thoughtful of our dogs. I asked for a vegetable mix to be prepared which they did. They have us raw paneer for our dogs. The negatives are: 1. The quality of food needs a definite upgrade. Simple things like poha, idle etc. Can be so much better. Also, there were no choices for vegans. 2. Service is slow. Very very slow. 3. General hygiene and cleanliness needs attention. The sofa had so many stains! we asked for extra sheets for the sofa to be covered.

I visited gulaab niwas with my family over the weekend. The property is excellent with well maintained gardens beautiful rooms and an amazing view of the aravalis. The staff is courteous and well trained. Lunch n dinner was yummy as well as hot and fresh. The breakfast buffet though is pretty limited and can be improved. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with aesthetically pleasing bedspreads and curtains. The bathroom is ok but the toiletries really need some rethinking. There is a balcony with every room where u can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at the stars. The swimming pool is clean and had comfortable loungers placed around it. I shall love to visit with my family again in the future.

To be honest it's not a very good place for stay. Only saving grace is the haveli feel. Upkeep of the place is extremely poor. After the first night we had to change the room due to terrible stink in the washroom. Next day we realized same in the other room as well. It's actually the exhaust fan. The room plumbing seems to be directly connected to the drain. Exhaust fan pulls out the sinking air from the drain. Only after we switched off the exhaust fan did the smell go away.. Pool is badly kept. Water bugs swimming along the edges. No chlorine put. Was being filled by the garden hose. I wouldn't go to this place if I were you!!

It is well maintained and beautiful property in pushkar. We loved our stay there. We truly loved their hospitality, tasty food and unforgettable view from the room’s balcony. There is a restaurant in the Gulaab Niwaas, liked all of their dishes specially “gatte ki sabji”. On a small request to the owner “rajbir singh rathod” they arranged a special candle light dinner near the pool with a fabulous view of aravalli hills and pushkar lake. They have lovely family of tortoise in one of their lawn. This Gulaab Niwaas is close to all major sightseeing sites in pushkar so highly recommending it to others

It was a true value for money. Everything was perfect at the place.. The location, surrounding, property, cleanliness, and the stuff support. It's within the walking distance of the main market, and yet, there was no disturbance at the place. The property has ample open space with amazing view. The decor and building architecture are quite regal. The food was good, at night the cooperative staff had arranged for a poolside dinner which was pretty nice. A good option to consider for a visit to Pushkar.

Property was awesome except the garden thing, they should keep them green by regularly watering them but it was left to dry. Property was recently painted so it looked neat and clean with no seepage (may be that got hidden. Room sizes were really good, we booked 2 rooms with 3 adults each, so it had enough space for 3rd bed. Room service is the part which they should take care of, it was very slow. Breakfast menu was limited. Rest overall stay was good.

To begin with, the Gulaab Niwaas location is very good. Close to mandir and market, still not in the midst of hussle. The Gulaab Niwaas is beautiful, amazing views and very clean and hygienic, the staff was extremely helpful and generous. Great customer service. They even had fruit garden, and it was a great experience to pluck fresh fruits to eat. I would definitely recommend it to everyone i know for pushkar.

The Gulaab Niwaas serene and beautiful filled with gorgeous blooms at the heart of pushkar. The brahma temple and the lake were nearby. The view from the balcony was great. Food is vegetarian and has good options. Service is laid back at times but staff is very courteous. Check in check out was smooth and the manager virendra singh was helpful. Hotel is pet friendly. We had a lovely time with our pooch.

Fabulous stay with very good services provided by the resort. Great for weekend outing.

Hotel is located near the Brahma Temple, but staff need to trained more professionally, I reached Gulaab Niwaas around 11:00 PM. . And next day morning around 7 o'clock they are cleaning the marvel floor with the machine which is making huge noise. I requested to stop that for half an hour but they said sir change your room.

Good location to stay, the way it gives you the feel of Pushkar was amazing.
I liked this place very much and the view of city it provides was too beautiful.

The property is very near by the pushkar mela ground, bra-ham temple and the famous ghat. But still it’s away from all the hustle and bustle of these busy area. It’s very clam n quiet place. We had booked the lake view room and it was just awesome. The service was also very very very very good. It was simply amazing. Book the Gulaab Niwaas you will love it.

Nice place to stay and location was awesome. Staff was very nice. There was no geyser in bathroom as the weather was bit cold so I needed it. The room and Gulaab Niwaas were clean but there was lizard in the room what we don't expect in Gulaab Niwaas room at least.

The stay we had in Pushkar was very good. The people of Pushkar are very nice. The staff of the Gulaab Niwaas was very nice and cooperative. I recommend this Gulaab Niwaas for people travelling to Pushkar. Will again come back if God allows me.

The Gulaab Niwaas made our trip so much more enjoyable. It is a nice property with big lawns and a very well maintained swimming pool. The rooms were spacious with a balcony and sitting area. The food was great and they also had a coffee lounge serving really good coffee.

The location and food is awesome. Apart from that nothing is attractive to come back again' okay for one time visit but they have to seriously consider changing toiletries and mattress. They are just cashing out the location. For how long? don't think that's such an great idea

The location was really amazing. It was a huge resort with ample of open spaces and gardens. Every room had a balcony with the view of garden. Rooms were quiet larger in size. The food was amazing especially the breakfast. Facilities were good and the staff was very cooperative.
