Room was neat and clean, owner was very cooperative. One main thing when we travel and look for room with clean and hygienic bathroom, it was there in Gulmohar House, owner is so nice and caring. I will definitely book again when I visit there. It is easily approachable.

The room was amazing and best budget room. There was cleanliness in room and service was fast and sweet. The owner is kind and also his help. And if u want home cooked yummy food, do order room service)

Guest house located at the out of City that's good thing for people like me.
Peace is the most thing that I liked and had a good experience with owner.

The rooms are new, fresh and clean. The linen provided was clean and sufficient toilet was clean. Hot water was available. Room service was provided by a boy who efficient. Overall great experience.
My room was on top floor and the best of this property. Yash, the owner was welcoming and helped in taxi, tour plan etc. The assisting room boy or help named Jitendra was ever smiling to help. Breakfast tea and some food items were cooked in house and were homely. The location doesn't have public transport is away from tourist attractions. It's a good home stay. The view from room and roof is excellent.

The foods and it's owner hospitality are nice but the door on first floor was not nice.

It is little far from main city, sometimes it becomes difficult to get conveyance. It is better that you should rent a bike or car and enjoy your holiday without paying much on conveyance.

The hotel was located in a very calm and peaceful area with great view of hills surrounding. The view of city is breathtaking from the top most terrace in evening. Guests are not allowed there but owner made an acception for us. Recommended for young groups.

Gulmohar Guest House is located on the remote neighborhood Chitrakoot Nagar, far from the noise and rush of the city, surrounded with green hills. We took the gold room, located at the ground floor, Yash the owner agreed to let us in the room even though we arrived very early before the check in. No extra charge. Maybe because of that the room wasn't ready, not clean nor good smell. Seemed like this room haven't been used for a while. After we told that to wash he immediately insisted on upgrading us to a much better room on the second floor. The room and bathroom were very clean, the fan, TV, electric sockets and hot water worked just fine. The room has an AC but we didn't use it, since it was a bit cool at night time. The room itself is spacious and very quiet with a nice view to the hills. The room is near a big terrace where you can sit and watch the surroundings. We got clean towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We had black coffee and poha for breakfast which were great. Yash was very nice and helpful, ordered taxi for us and was there for any request or just a chat. All together we had a very pleasant time at the Gulmohar guesthouse, thank you.
We got the platinum room which is located on the second floor near a bug terrace. Quiet with very nice view of the hills.

Nice cleaning, welcome of guests is in so friendly manner by owner. Too polite and co-operative.
