Gulzar service appointment is really awesome place to stay for family. Interior of the home is really good and they have mentained great hygiene. And the owner of the property Jabir is really kind and helped us on time whenever we needed something. And caretaker Ranjit was very helpful. overall best apartment to stay with family.

The property is very well maintained, has all the facilities required in a service apartment and the location is also in the middle of kannur town. The terrace is very nice.

My family and i had a wonderful stay at gulzar service apartment in kannur, which i discovered through google and booked via makemytrip. The apartment exceeded all expectations with its superb interiors, top-notch fittings, and fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the private rooftop turf was a highlight where my kids had a great time. What impressed us most was the thoughtful arrangement of an inflatable kids pool for just 500 rupees, enhancing our experience. I later learned that gulzar is the brainchild of jabir shafi, an engineer and interior designer, who designed this space as his weekend retreat. His personal touch was evident throughout, and he generously allowed us an early check-in without any extra charges. His caretaker, ranjith, was equally attentive and accommodating. Overall, our experience at gulzar was exceptional, and i highly recommend it to anyone visiting kannur. It truly offers value for every rupee spent.
