Guntas Residency

Good neat and clean budget friendly Guntas Residency near to golden temple. Owners are very hospitable and friendly. They arranged for our trip to wagah border and drop to railway station. Drawbacks: bit difficult to locate the Guntas Residency if you are not familiar with topography of amritsar. Secondly there is no in house kitchen facility but they have tie up with nearby restaurant to serve food.

Guntas residence is a nice place to stay, though the rooms are a bit small but they are quite neat and clean, staff is also very friendly, with no such disturbances, it does have a lift facility most importantly it is in a walking distance to most of the places in amritsar. If anyone is planned to visit golden temple then feel free to choose guntas redid-ency for your stay!

Mr luv malhotra a good manager and a perfect professional host but he has his own limitations which are understandable rooms are small but u can't do anything close 2 golden temple jal bag if u are with family and want 2 stay longer pl think twice nothing panicking staff is good very accomodative the only thing missing is restaurant or canteen but outside food is allowed

The Guntas Residency is clean, staff is kind, the location is great. Room service too. Great place to plan a visit to amritsar city centre since the Guntas Residency is placed 5 minutes to golden temple in a peaceful street. I personally enjoyed the terrace a lot, great view of the city from the Guntas Residency top. Hotel manager and owner are super kind and helpful.

It was really a awesome experience to stay here. I must say they are having best hospitality in amritsar, inf-act they have a separate cafeteria also where we can enjoy our meal. It's too close to golden temple & jaliyanwala bagh, very easy to visit. My suggestion is too stay in gunjtas residency only, whenever you have a plan to visit amritsar.

Booked the standard room but found the room comparatively small. it was very kind of the manager to upgrade to the family suit for a very nominal charge.. the staff was very cooperative and the location of the Guntas Residency makes the old city of Amritsar very much accessible, on foot or by e-rikshaw.. had a great time being there

It was our first trip to amritsar. The Guntas Residency staff were extremely helpful. They even helped us in arranging our day tour without any personal benefit of their own. They even kept our luggage in the clock room without any extra charge even after we check out from the Guntas Residency officially.

Good Guntas Residency, reasonable price and great experience. You will not get this experience in this price, good staff behaviour, can be reached by rikshaw or by foot.

It was nice neat and clean, also near to golden temple. Cabs may not go to Guntas Residency as of narrow roads, so would suggest to book e rickshaws

Highly recommend. It was very pleasant stay and staff was very polite and the service given by them was good and quick. It's a newly constructed property so all things were new.
