only plus point is location, all other things are just terrible. Cleanliness, hygiene, food, room service are pathetic

couplePros dinner was good. Heated blanket kept cold bearable. Cons bedsheets were dirty. Hairs on bed. Washroom was dirty. Breakfast system was wierd, as i did room with breakfast but they offer 1 omleete and 1 bread butter, if u ask for 1 more that is paid. should update this complete details for breakfast inclusive price. Tip : do take your tissue papers to clean and sit comfortably.

After travel a long distance, reaching to the almost last village of border where in journey at some places you see border fencing, you can't expect that there could be a good stay available at such locations, when you find gurez knights hotel and restaurant and the staff there, you feel satisfaction. Really a good hotel in comparison to the availability at that place.

Superb experience

familyWe stayed for 1 night. Right at the centre of the town. Very warm hospitable people specially the owner. Food is amazing. The rooms are cozy and has super view.
