Guru Hotel

Hotel is right next to bus station, you can go anywhere in Trichy from there. Lot of food places are around. Decent value for money and big clean rooms and room service was decent too. It has its own coffee shop and restaurant and I tried both of these and they are good.

Poor maintenance and poor room service

In room No blanket, No hot water , No room service . overall not satisfaction... but Resturant food only taste.

worst reception staff. no Coutesy at all. Rude behavior. not able to lock rest room door from out side. a.c unit has no swing flaps. This is my first and last stay at your hotel in Trichy. Very very BAD, UGLY, NONSENSE, GOOD BYE.

Rooms are at reasonable rate and service is good rooms service guys are very helpful

Reached 4pm. Entrance with stones and vehicles. With luggage difficult to enter as have to climb steps with it. Phone in room didn’t work. For online bookings you can’t sign for room service. You must pay cash then n there.

Location is quite good and close to central bus stand. Facilities are pathetic and very uncooperative reception. Online booking and makemytrip reservations have different rules as the hotel staff dont behave properly with you. Would not recommend this hotel and will never go back to this place
