The property is located at a peaceful place away from the noisy town..The room is well maintained with all facilities working well like hot water, wifi connectivity, AC, friendly staff, parking facilities, etc.. However there is no food at the premise nor any hotels nearby and the nearest hotel is almost 1 km away. Guruvayoor temple is 1.9 kilometres away which makes accessibility a little difficult without vehicles, since visiting Guruvayoor is the main purpose for the stay. With this constraints, the rate per day seems on the higher side (5015 Rs per day) where cheaper options are available around walkable distance from the temple..

The homestay was excellent – very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The service was top-notch! 👌 If you're planning to stay at the Guruvayoor homestay, you definitely must try the food. It's delicious, homely, and full of flavor. Plus, it's very reasonably priced compared to restaurants outside.

Very nice property. We got the one with pool. The location is almost close to the east nada. Chavakkad beach also near this property. Best homestay for families

I would rate my stay a 5 - Excellent. The homestay was peaceful and well-maintained, located conveniently close to the Guruvayur temple. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. What stood out the most was the excellent homemade food—fresh, delicious, and served with love.
