The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous. The view from the Gyalpo Residency is also very nice. The food that they served was great and the service was also decent. The only drawback is that the location is about 2 km from the leh market so additional transport expenditure has to be incurred. The rooms in the Gyalpo Residency were spacious. It's very well maintained and clean. Definitely going here again

I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean, spacious i had a wonderful dining experience at the Gyalpo Residency restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

Hotel gyalpo is providing excellent hospitality services. Staff is very cordial and generous including manager, reception and other staff. Cleanliness and facilities are upto the mark. Hotel is also guiding the guests for their planning of itinerary and also helping to hire a vehicle. Food is also good in taste and quality. Room service is very quick. Staff responded too quick.

From the airport cab booking to checkout its simply awesome. A worm welcome. Room selection. Accommodation. Food. Room heater. Room cleaning. Everything excellent. I can say it's home away from home. All stuff are so polite and always make us feel we are family members not guest. I will highly recommend for future visitors. Ekdum befikar ho k book kariye.

Location is good. The Gyalpo Residency although new, is well equipped with all amenities and we did not have to face a problem. The food was good and the staff people were very cordial and helpful. We found the premises and rooms well maintained and hygienic. The improvements they need is to increase the no of kitchen and dining room staff

Amazing Gyalpo Residency and great service, extremely courteous staff. The Gyalpo Residency has been recently renovated so rooms are clean and spacious. Hot water round the clock and no issues with air conditioning. Worth the stay and would surely recommend staying here

Amazing. The staff was too helpful and the food was also good. They also would drop you at the airport if you are small group. Will charge the minimal amount but that’s fine. They also made me aware of what to do one the first day in leh.
