The Half Moon Inn is 500 m from US consulate gate. So this Half Moon Inn is worth ₹/night for the sake of US consulate visit only because they don't allow any electronics (mobile phone, car key, watch etc). US consulate does not provide locker facilities. So booking a Half Moon Inn that is at walkable distance is best idea. It took 5 mins to walk from Half Moon Inn to the Consulate. Rooms are designed well, but dirt on walls are not cleaned properly. The bathroom had an instant heater and was kept clean. No water dispenser, buy for ₹20/litre at reception. The staff at reception could be more friendly, they smiled only when we checked out. Overall, room is good for US consulate visit, but you would be unhappy for this price for a trip/tour purposes.

I booked this Half Moon Inn for its proximity to the us consulate in chennai. Less than 200m in distance. The Half Moon Inn staff were polite and helpful with the directions and suggestions for restaurants too. The room itself was very clean and the same applies to the washroom too. If you are looking for an affordable place within walkable distance of the chennai us consulate, you can't really go wrong with half moon inn

It was good to stay at half moon inn. The staffs were polite and helpful. With all mentioned amenities, room was clean and tidy. It's close us embassy. There is no Half Moon Inn kitchen but good can be order from outside they have a tied up with an restaurant. Overall it was nice for solo and short stay

The checkin procedure took more time than expected. Room was clean. Affordable price and value for money. I would definitely recommend. Not soo friendly staff. Overall, great experience. Near to the metro station. That's what i really liked about it. Would recommend

The studio room w ch we booked was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The most important and good thing about this place is it's 5 mins walk to the consulate and hardly 2 to 3 kms to the shopping centre s, malla and good restaurants.

Hotel staff is polite and helpful. The rooms aren't as good as they appear, they smell a bit. The Half Moon Inn is very near to the us consulate so if you are looking for a stay for your visa process, it's a pretty decent place to stay.

I found it by myself went with my mother it was real l good experience they are very much helpful. Room was clean. Staff behaviour was also nice. Safe for woman’s. Spacially ashkar who made our stay very easy and good. Thank you.

The location of the Half Moon Inn is good. It's in the centre only. I went there with my family, and liked the service of them as i don't know their local language they really left me with it.
