Half Moon Residency Calicut

Bed sheets and comforters are not seems to be fresh. TV was not working. AC and wall fan were working horribly with lots of dust. Bathroom door cannot be locked.

Lot of mosquitoes in the room, no mirror i. The bathroom the bed is and the mattress is very poor sheets are not clean and the washroom condition is bad

There is nothing beyond a normal average hotel the only accommodation was no food and a little more cleanliness

Comfortable stay. The best place to stay at calicut. The behavior of the hotel staff are exceptional.

Service not good no deluxe faciliti.

Totally disappointed with the service. One extra bed was booked but when we reach there, they gave a bed without cot to lay down on the floor. Couch in the room was not cleaned and bathroom was not looking safe

What do you look for in a hotel when you are a traveller? clean room, clean bathroom, good location, comfortable bed, transport facilities, friendly staff. You can find all this in half moon residency. Even though they don't have a fancy restaurant or room service, it's a good go. Mainly very helpful staff. Mr navas, mr suhail made sure our stay was comfortable.

Spacious rooms, hassle free checkin in less than 5 minutes, very pleasant staff at front office. No restaurant at the property. Located opposite to raviz and very easy to locate.

Clean room but toilet was shaby, even the ceiling was open, there was no toiletries provided, no water or kettle. Only one staff does work of mgr to room boy. Overall below average set up.

Not worth of money, around 1000 rs to pay this room maximum

From the reception department. To the room service. The service was good only negative i have to say is they shouldn't provide food service. But the sweet behaviour from the staffs makes ours comfortable and shown ours the best retaurant near the stay.

Too bad experience. The room is not ready when am reached the hotel, they waited me outside for 30 minutes. I requested to arrange another room but they don't ready for that.

Stay was comfortable and satisfactory.

I have booked a suit room for 3 adult and 1 child and room provided was a double bed room with a dining area, extra bed was put on the floor without a coat, no telephone provided in the room to contact reception, only one bath towel was provided for 4 people and i have to remind the boy 3 times for an extra towel, rooms are clean but the sofas are dirty.

Loved the stat. Has been staying for the last 3 times i hove been to calicut. A cosy quite place. Will be booking it again and again

Nice hospitality friendly staff overall nice experience

The experience was delightful and the suit was very good. They treat us nicely and the room was very hygiene. They was pretty safety standards and all of them, it was an amazing.
