They did not provide room instead of having and advance paid booking. They sent us to their another hotel in Khajuraho which was 45 kms away from this location. The accommodation they provided was below standard and of poor quality. Toilet flush was not working. The room provided was showing rack rate of 1500 online and we paid 2500 in advance for Hameer Gadi resort. The whole experience was horrible. There was no DG in the hotel, lights keep going, there was no electricity in hotel from 12AM to 1:30 AM, we were sitting in dark with no AC no fans. Nobody was there to even respond on intercom, we had to go down all the way to reception for just ordering a single tea.

it is a real heritage Hotel and a Great experience to stay and felt the royalty, could add some more amenities in the rooms.

Pathetic service. No cleanliness. Bad staff behaviour. Leaking sinks. When it started raining, water filled into the room. Due to this. Had to vacate a day prior. Receptionist said will refund, tried to resolve the issue but hotel management denied refund with all lies.

Place is good property is very good staff's behaviour also good but bedsheet and other clothes are so dirty

Stay wise it was good, however, they can keep toiletries available for the guests. The room should have an intercom to call the reception with a food menu card and list of services. Measures must be taken for pesticides to avoid lizards and crickets in the room. View wise or comfort wise it was fine but basic requirements must be fulfilled in terms of pesticides, menu cards, phone inside the room, etc.

This place was absolutely a combination of serenity and Royal luxury simultaneously, we seriously didn't expect this much pure bliss in such a small town in MP bundelkhand near chhatarpur. we would definitely recommend this place for all purpose like Family time, Friends serene staycation or even as a great authentic wedding venue, this location ticks all the boxes u need to have those ❤️

Rooms and services are good. Staff dealing was nice. Rooms, bathroom cleaning are upto the mark. They have to improve their break fast and meals.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were neat, clean and spacious, we enjoyed our stay there, i strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bageshwardhamsarkar.

No facilities no staff nothing good in this hotel it's very bad i will never stay here again and i will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Autorickshaw not found easy. Light cut down daily for 6-7 hours.
