Very good location and helpful staff

overall service was very poor and rooms were terrible cleaning was not upto mark

it was a nice place and staff was also very cooperative

Building is 4 story and restaurant is on rooftop but there is no lift And if we order our food in room it get cold till reaches Because no lift food order take around 1hour And room service for any thing takes 15-20 min There is no checks before giving apartment As 15 amp sockets are faulty in kitchen so we need to use microwave in lobby area If I talk of cleaning, I woke with large spider (around 3inch )walking on back if mmt allows me I ll post photo also Last as I said they are cooperative they provide me 2bhk as I booked 2 seperate 1 bhk which was more good for our 2 couples to stay Rest I would like to suggest them to professional also with cooperation

My experience in Hampstead Residency was very bad. In terms of Service,AC was not working, Food delivery was very late , Owner was not cooperative .” Latch of all the doors were not working. It was highly disappointing and one of my worst experience I have ever seen.

Although the property is in the outskirts of Kasauli but the stay is very beautiful and calming. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the stay for you. Staff is also good and polite.

Very nice and clean rooms with all essentials amenities which are required in winters. View of valley from the rooms was amazing and the staff of the homestay are very professional

What a wonderful Hotel.. We had 1 excellent, very clean room - with a balcony - with glorious views of the hills and city. The staff was so pleasant, helpful and accommodating - they even sorted our laundry and taxis. The food was the best we’ve eaten so far on our travels.

We went there with our family weather was very pleasant. The serene mountain and valley view from my balcony were breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for the tranquil retreat. The stay was amazing the place is located in the middle of kasauli and solan to it becomes so easy to get access to both cities. Their is zero traffic at the location the view is so amazing. The property itself is so beautiful and amazing. It was the most comfortable stay. Rooms are so spacious and well ventilated. We didn’t even feel the need of ac in room as the rooms are itself so cold and ventilated. And the best part is food so homely and delicious that you won’t be able to get over it. All and all it was a perfect place for a staycation with family and friends

The stay was extremely comfortable and peaceful. We had our dog taken along with us and there was no issues regarding our pets comfort. We did carry everything that our dog will require plus the staff was very pleasant to talk with.

The location is good with a superb valley view, not too far from the city. To sit and relax and to enjoy the quietness of the hills.

The stay has been nothing but a really bad experience. They said the breakfast will start at 8:30 but no one opened the kitchen even after 9. They stopped picking up the call. We had to leave early to eat somewhere else.

Amazing property with mesmerising view. Both host (ravi) and owner (dipti) are totally dedicated towards hospitality. Even entire staff truly make you feel like home. I had travel-led with my toddler and they were utmost considerate of my requests. There was power cut in entire kasauli valley but they kept generators running for entire time and for some time i felt that this was the only property having electricity in entire valley.

Amazing stay. Place looking for solan stay in this hotel. Cooperative staff. You want anything you got it. Manager ramesh kholi is very understanding and helpful he can guide you where you can go. Overall 4. 5/5 ratings for their staff and food. 5/5 ratings for rooms cleaning. Terrace music and bonfire is available use when in group

I had a word with the owner, she was very courteous and helpful but the lamps in the room were not having bulbs and also some curtain issue was there with the sitting area rest all was fine

Very peaceful, no disturbance, well maintained property, courteous staff. They value your needs. Location was nice. Food was nice. Very quick service.
