I am a regular at this stay. And I recommend it highly for solo female travellers. Hanu Residency has always made me feel safe , well taken care of and even feel pampered. The breakfast is delicious, the food is not too spicy and is excellent if you're worried about eating out as a traveller. The bed linen is luxurious and a good sleep is guaranteed. But it's the warmth and graciousness of the staff that sets Hanu Reddy Poes Garden apart. It has been a haven during my stays in the last two years. What is unfortunate though is the hotel while gaining popularity in recent months is trying to corporatise everything with changed tariffs thrice this year alone !I hope they don't sacrifice their essence and soul in the process. There are thousands of hotels in Chennai but it is your personal touch that set you apart.

Rooms are big and airy. Courteous staff, quick Check-in. However, restuarant service needs some improvement. It is little slow.

One of the best stay I had at Chennai. Very homely and food was also good. It is in city center and any commotion is easy

Property location is good but room was with low height. Wi-Fi was not working. Considering the high tariff, it was nou value for money

The location is very good and posh. Food is good room is decent with good bedsheets and blanket. No complaints as such only thing is, the air conditioner needs to be in a good location inside the room because it was too close to the bed and directly hitting the body.

I disliked the room 12 in the category 19. it was next to the kitchen and alot of disturbance. The room and the washroom needs a renovation. The Receptionist Dismonth was not helpful and refused to understand the issue. Disappointed with his service. They need to hire someone who can welcome their guests with a smile and be helpful. We were unhappy with the food we ordered for the dinner. it was undercooked and not hot. Ajay and Ashok were excellent in the F&B. Location was excellent. Thankyou I disliked the room

Superb Location , Amazing Food , Great Service . Loved the stay at Hanu Reddy . Also it has a nice gym and an pleasant terrace area . The only area of improvement is Wifi coverage , however the wifi was good in the common areas

The housekeeping staff misbehaved with me. I stayed at this property several times, and had great experience then. I did not expect that the housekeeping staff would have been so ill-treating. However the hotel manager managed the situation quite well, and I received the complete refund of this booking. I left the property on July 24.

Excellent location. And overall the property was very good. Food was excellent too - breakfast was authentic and simple. Can’t ask for a better start for the day. However the rooms and guess access areas need better upkeep. Common areas are cluttered with spare sheets / bedding. Housekeeping standards should also be better considering the overall positioning and the pricing.

The outdoor ambience in this place really good and all the staff members were really good and very helpful. we stayed two days and both the days the breakfast was really good and tasty. we also preordered and had dinner one night which was good. Our room condition was a little bit old. Overall we had a very good time of two nights stay and I highly recommend it
