This place was exotic and homely. Location is the best access to all places in the city. Greenery around this place is simply awesome. We can walk around to see hnble jayalalitha am-mas bungalow in walkable distance and our super star rajinikanth house too. Inside hanureddy residence the garden and interiors are beautiful. Rooms are very clean and neat and spacious and the bathrooms also very spacious. Stay here makes one feel home. Staff were very courteous. They provide good breakfast and the breakfast place is surrounded by lush green trees and a nice ambience. Overall it was a pleasant stay for leisure and peaceful experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at ha-nu r eddy residences that i'd like to share. The comfort of the room was exceptional, providing a cozy atmosphere and a restful sleep. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. From the moment i arrived until my departure, their professionalism and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend ha-nu r eddy residences for its comfortable accommodations and outstanding customer service. It truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

First 10/10 for location. Folks centre of the city, the best address in town. Poes gardens. The place is ideal for anyone with work in the city. Accommodation: good but short of excellent. Clean room and bathroom. The ac could do with a service as it doesn't cool enough. The room service could be improved. They took about 1 hr for a order of roti, chetinad chiken. The roti and chetinad chiken was good but th chili cheese toast wasn't toasted enough and had capsicum instead of chilli. The terrace above the first floor is a great plac to just sit down. Quite, good staff at the reception.

In my room where I stayed, the bathroom door (automatic) closes with a big thud sound whenever you comes out. The sound persists even if you hold the door till the end gently. Wardrobe doors gives cracking sound while opening/closing. A handle rod is a must inside bathing area to hang up towel/personal clothes while bathing. Hanu Residences in Chennai's Poes Garden is situated in a quiet posh locality, away from the city crowd and traffic with lot of greens. Enjoyable, tasty breakfast. Very polite and courteous staff. A great place to stay with a reasonable room tariff.

The property is nestled in a very cosy area. The lush greenery all around, extremely courteous and helpful staff, good variety of complimentary breakfast, and clean spacious room would definitely make me come back again. However, i was traveling with my mom and noticed that some amenities might not be suitable for all guests. The bathroom was very tiny. The water seemed like salt water and it dried out our skin and caused itching. If i were traveling with elderly folks, i’d skip this. But if i am traveling by myself, i’d choose this again.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 days at had u reddy residences in pose garden. The best thing was the service provided by the entire staff especially the room, breakfast ash ok and a jay, we could get recall only these names, and laundry services. The food was fantastic and homely. Based on previous reviews, we were worried about mosquitoes but did not have any problems while we stayed. The building is old but great otherwise and a posh location too. Would visit again for a stay in chennai.

This is a home stay which they make there slogan 'athithi devote bhava' true. Actually, it's not about the luxury, but the homely feel you get when away from your home. Even though at the center of the City, this place is really calm and peaceful. Staffs are very helpful and behave very politely especially prove en. They make tasty food for guests as they gear order. When it comes to breakfast, they arrange nice South Indian spread. Overall it's a nice experience and I recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.

The Hanu Reddy Residences | Poes Garden doesn't own even a single vehicle for providing some emergency services to their customer. I asked them for a drop service because of some unavoidable reason as I was not able to book a cab but they said they don't have any vehicle and asked me to avail taxi service at a very high premium which was not acceptable. Please ask them to own a vehicle so that at least pick and drop service can be provided in case of emergency. Apart from this everything else was superb. Excellent stay.

It was an official stay.The property was good and easy to reach.Rooms were clean and comfortable.The facilities were good.The quality of food was good.I will recommend this property to others.

The location and the surroundings were pretty good and peaceful. The bathroom could have been maintained better considering the money charged. The room otherwise was pretty good and spacious.

Location was really good. The property is well maintained. The staff was courteous and food was good. The only thing that could be improved is handling room service requests. They take a lot of time and I had to follow up with them sometimes.

Had a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. All Hanu Reddy Residences | Poes Garden associates are polite and helpful. Property in a peaceful and posh location. Very safe and clean roads. Greenery around the property is great and well maintained. Breakfast was great with variety and freshness. Had the opportunity to meet Mrs Nirupama Reddy who is the COO and manages the property. Very kind and politer lady and have trained the associates very well. Will stay again as I visit Chennai every year.

Good homely and clean rooms. Bit old rooms with some mosquitoes. Overall a good experience. Expect simplicity and not luxury and you will be happy.

Convenient and tucked away in the pristine, prestigious poses garden, this residence was our central launch pad to anywhere we needed to go. Super friendly and professional staff. Don’t miss the breakfast included as part of the stay.

The overall stay was splendid and enjoyed the ambiance privacy. The on going restoration / modification work limited us to the room only to avoid noise and dust pollution. Otherwise the staff attitude was great and helpful. They should have been little proactive while cleaning the room everyday. The check-in & check-out was flawless. I would prefer to come back and certainly refer my friends to this property. Thanks for the opportunity given to me to share my experience.
