For each thing asking for extra payment whatever u ask for meal you will only get what they have either take it or not also i partially quit the stay but no refund said we will not pay u back. Terrible stay

This is an untidy guest house far from any shop. The amenities are bare minimum. This cannot be called a hotel.

Room cleaning was not good. Small blankets. No water, no housekeeping, no gst invoice, no basic amenities.

They did not provide the room that we booked and paid advance. They made an arrangement in a garage. One cot with dirty bed sheets, no towels, soap, hot water in bathroom. Very dirty toilet. I don’t like to spend time on it just to tell you that it was pathetic.

The hotel manager/owner was very rude when asked about the inclusions like complimentary breakfast in the room tariff. He did not give clear reply and was avoiding the question

Terrible stay. The location where the booking was done not available. I was given one room at nearby place. Very unclean. No hot water. Washrooms were provided in a corner as a temperory arrangement.

Room had a very bad smell present in it. Like it hasn’t been used in a long while. Even the room was not cleaned properly. There was no key present for the lock of the room. Caretaker was advising to leave the room open without any lock while going out since he had no key present with him to give the customer.

There was no choice in breakfast. Even toast butter was not available. Morning has to start with best. Dejected on this issue.

Room was good, location is also good.

Untidy room, toilet, towels and no room heater

We stayed as three persons of family hotel was good rooms are quite big. Bathroom is nice and clean. Good hot water. Food is good but service is big slow. They get food from outside. Nice stay as per price for one night

Highly recommended for family and relaxation

Poor washroom facilities and water supply. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness is also good.

I stayed as a Solo traveller. Hotel staff is good but service is very slow.

Staff was good and helpful I needed few prints from my laptop they provided they also arranged for auto from the hotel to nearest metro

Stayed there for 1 night. Super deluxe room was really spacious, 16ftx18ft approx. Clean place. Checked in morning. Evening, I found TV not working, telephone extension not working, AC working but at a constant setting, no remote. TV started working after Long pending recharge and changing 4 remote control. Totally unprofessional staff, a group of about 5 persons. With all their best intentions, results weren't forthcoming!

Rooms good, staff courteous, cleanliness ok but not great, ac excellent, breakfast very good, a republishing of floor is advised.
