very bad experience, staffs behaviour was very bad if you book from make my trip then these hotel staff add extra charges when you reach there in the name of ac etc and ac was included in make my trip... Also they charged us 600/- rs just for keeping our bag and stuff in there hotel that too without our information just because we missed there call... please don't visit this hotel this is the worst hotel and worst staff behaviour I have ever seen..

Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear about your experience, but it's important to clarify a few facts: You were informed clearly at the time of check-in about all services and any applicable charges, including for AC and locker use. After checkout, you left your luggage without informing our staff, and did not respond to our repeated phone calls. You came back after two days to collect your luggage and refused to pay the locker charges, despite being informed about them earlier. You called the police yourself, and even they acknowledged that the mistake was on your part for not informing the hotel in time. At Happy Trails, Jaisalmer, we treat every guest with respect and transparency. Unfortunately, your review contains false and misleading information that does not reflect the true situation. Very comfortable stay at happy trails. Smooth checkin. Hygiene is maintained. Have rooftop area for seating with fort view. Very friendly staff. They also provide desert safari, camel safari, etc. at reasonable price.
