Harbour View Residency

Great location property and food. But except of one of the receptionist rest need to learn to smile at the customers. They aren't rude but lack the sense of hospitality. Food is amazing. Cheap and mouth watering. But then again staff in the restaurant has no idea how to behave or serve the customers including knowledge of when plate is open and when it is closed. Had to wait for eternity to get water and bill. Please hire a manager who is qualified in hospitality and let him teach the employees. This Harbour View Residency is a wonderful place to stay and would come back too but then there is a long way for the Harbour View Residency to go.

Location is excellent for those who has work in Shipyard, Navy or Dock. The food quality is good. Service is also of acceptable standard. Rooms are big compared to the other metro cities. Bed & Linen comfortable. The major points to be improved are: 1. Lighting - Rooms looks dark with few small yellow lamps. Gives a Bar look. 2. Room Service Menu - Needs to upgrade. There are very few options available. 3. Power Points - No power points near Bed or door. There are only 2 on which TV & SET-top works. 4. No Complimentary Mineral water provided as mentioned on the website. Overall, OK experience.

I stayed for 2 days in Harbour view. Location is good. Hotel is on main road. Many shops and restaurants and in near by area. Hotel is very close to marine drive. You can spend your evening at marine drive and can enjoy boating, sea food etc. Apart from it Harbour View Residency needs to improve room service. They are little bit slow. Hotel have very limited options for vegetarians.

The view from the room was of the Cochin Shipyard so it was great. But the rooms are really compact. The bathroom couldn't be locked and that was irritating. The good served for breakfast or lunch in room was okay. Not very good. Every single time they would forget to bring spoons and forks. And had to send them again and again to get more. That can be worked upon. Rest it was fine.

Hotel Harbour View is a good choice to stay in Kochi city. I arrived at the Harbour View Residency at night. The check in took some time of around 25 minutes due to cleaning. However this, they said, was due to immediate booking. The stay was simply fantastic. Room was nice, spacious, with catchy interiors and spacious washrooms. Overall excellent.

This is a good Harbour View Residency to stay considering its price. Things i liked the most were the very helpful staff and how the room was comfortable. Hygiene is not one of its better traits. The property is in the heart of the city but its entrances look a shabby (maybe because of recent lockdowns. Altogether had a pleasant stay.

Good and decent Harbour View Residency. A little old but still cosy. Hotel is located on the way to fort Kochi and near South railway station (junction) and shopping centers. Lulu mall is about 10 kms. You can get even city buses and autos to go anywhere. Food is very ordinary. Service is good. Overall worth the money.

Perfect Harbour View Residency At Kochi :). The staff were all very helpful from concierge to the chef making omelettes. The location is one of the best offering easy walking distance to almost all of the attractions in the city. The old style rooms have been modernised very well and are in keeping with the style.

The very old Harbour View Residency is very near to cochin port. Nice palace to party.

Harbour view is a very centrally located Harbour View Residency which offers a good experience in Kochi. Open flame kitchen serves a nice mix of dishes especially kerala. A nice bar with very reasonable rates. Overall a very friendly Harbour View Residency, with great ambience and rooms at very reasonable prices.

Clean rooms, convenient if you have work in CSL. Good restaurant. The view from the room and floor lobby is the best. Near Naval base so you can easily reach there if you need to. Near MG road you can go for an evening walk.

Hotel Harbour View is situated in a prime location near cochin shipyard. There was ample area for parking. In the house, Restaurant serves delicious cuisines. Rooms are neatly decorated with eye catching interiors and lighting. Had a very pleasant stay.

Good rooms and best location, the restaurant is really good with barbeque facility in your table, the restaurant service is really awesome and the food is simply superb. Anytime you will get a cab or auto from this place

It was a good stay. We stayed 3 days. Location is very convenient. Its located near shipyard. Room is too small but they are maintaining properly. Bathroom also clean and tidy. Overall good stay.
