Hospitality is soo awesome that we feel we have been to ur native place staying between our known people. Staffs are well trained and customer satisfaction is their primary concern. even the chefs take ur input personally to prepare food as per ur wish.. I haven’t seen such an ambience any where else

Overall decent experience. Service quality was excellent. Food variety and quality may need some improvement. Accessibility and location are good.

The property looks nice and rooms are decent, but I was quite disappointed with the service. Staff response was slow and follow-ups took too long. For a hotel in this category, I expected smoother coordination and more attentiveness. Hoping they improve their service standards soon, because the potential is there — just not the experience I had.

We just returned from a short trip to Shimoga, and our stay at this property was unfortunately far from pleasant. While most of the staff were polite, the overall experience was marred by repeated lapses and poor service. Upon check-in, our luggage was placed on a broken slab, and when we reported it, the staff questioned “who broke it” instead of fixing the issue. The room kettle was damaged, the telephone didn’t work, and I had to walk to the reception multiple times for basic needs. They also messed up our booking, asking us to check out a day early, and one staff member’s arrogant attitude made matters worse. Room service was consistently delayed — one order never arrived despite repeated follow-ups — and even drinking water was not provided until I went to the reception myself. At checkout, I was handed a salesperson’s number instead of an official feedback channel, which summed up their approach to guest care — casual and indifferent. A stay that should have been relaxing turned out to be frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The check-in was smooth, the rooms and especially the toilets were cleaned properly before our handover. Unlike some other guests reviews we found the staff to be courteous and well behaved and catered to all our requirements. The rooms were large, the food service at the Thyme restaurant was good. However would ask the management for better cleanliness at the 1st floor's Bar and restaurant. The main doors are to be kept closed for the aircon to be effective. Also liked the segregation of waste management system in their rooms.

pretty decent stay at the price . this is on the way to jog falls and is in a peaceful part of town . the breakfast was good . could not spend anymore lot of time .

The luggage was transferred to room after ten minutes when we reach in room Quality of food was not as it used to be earlier Service was also very poor The quality of breakfast had gone down At the time of check out only one person was on counter where as four to six guests were in line for check out

They discrimination between online booking guest and offline booking guest.They provided me the room with back side view and having tampered walls in bathroom.The lady told that u have booked online,so we have no other choices.Even after complaining with Manager Arohan ,they didn't change my room next day.A horrible experience, will never visit such hotels and urge all online booking users,not to book this hotel.Money wastage and mental harrasment.

Property is good but not maintained. Many things were broken which was temporarily repaired. Amenities and services were okay as multiple request made to run a particular chennal on TV. Further, services during the breakfast was also not upto the mark. On request packed breakfast was served but same was without disposable cutlery such as spoon, fork, tissue paper, water etc.

We found the hotel through MMT, and I must say, the stay turned out to be a truly memorable one—partly because of the personal circumstances surrounding our visit, and partly due to the overall quality of the stay itself. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the food was quite good. What we loved most was the hotel’s location—it’s right on the highway, conveniently close to Sharavati Dental College. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When we faced an issue with our first room, they switched us to another one quickly and without any hassle. The only downside was the TV, which had very few channels and nothing particularly worth watching. Apart from that, I’d definitely give a thumbs up for the stay, the amenities, and the service.

Harsha The Fern hotel , Shivmogga is situated very close to highway. Rooms. are very specious . All modern amenities are available in room like sofa ,table , tea pot , mini refrigerator, mini locker , hair dryer and phone in bathroom , phone in room , AC etc. Amazing all thinks. Very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast .So testy food .I got my money's worth in respect of hotel tarrif.

The property is located on the outskirts of, the rooms are nice and clean. But the service and breakfast is very very poor. The hotel is under staffed, and not well trained at all
