Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort & Spa

I traveled with my elderly parents to this location. The road to this location is a filled with amazing hill and forest view. This place itself is near the waterfall. Which many of us are enchanted with. Location is no doubt amazing and calming from city’s loudness. Pros : 1. Amazing tea time snacks, pakora, tea, coffee 2. Wonderful morning and evening view 3. Front desk is reachable 4. For walking up and down the hill is amazing and adventurous staircases 5. Waterfall 6. Amazing kitchen staff 7. They have jeep available if you want to explore near by places 8. Can go for pahadi maggi around the village cons: 1. Poorly maintained property and rooms 2. Ground staff is not trained or responsive 3. Main food as in lunch and dinner is average 4. Not a place for elderly people. Very dangerous jeep ride to reach the rooms made in the valley 5. We visited during diwali and no proper heating device for the rooms were available. 6. Hot water in bathroom was available only after many calls i won’t say it’s a bad place or the staff is not nice, maybe due to corona they lost some trained staff and that’s why property wasn’t maintained. Overall i see a good future for this location and place. For young people it is a good place to stay during weekend and have a good time sitting around the bone fire. For management: please maintain room, clean, new chairs in the garden area, proper information when someone asks which room should elders book.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the fantabulous view of mountains and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, there is a direct path leading to super cool view. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the resort was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best. Our stay at the resort was for two days two night. Specially want to mention about Bhaskar Brahmar, Host of Hill Stream Beach Resort. He briefed us about few places which I must say was worth to go and also he guided us about the safety and time that we should kept in our mind as we were 3 girls. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. There was a party organized by some group and that party can give you an advance vibes about the new year. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

Amazing location, completely out and away from any habitation. For anyone who would want to take off from city life, this is the best location. The food was good but was on very expensive side, with even a glass of milk(basic) costing upwards in 3 digits. Get your own ready to eat food, instant noodles and water bottles, else you would land up paying more than the room price for food and beverages. But on the other hand the new **** receptionist was truly a person with a customer centric approach. Every other star Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort & Spa i have been to had only a customer centric front face, but this lady was next level. She helped us from the cab drivers who were trying to charge us extra money on arrival and also helped us negotiate through many things. She even arranged a day-tour cab for our drop and negotiated with vendors getting us a good price (i did a research and found this. This lady stands as a brand ambassador for this place for us. Would love to come again soon.

We checked in on 30th apr-22 and checked out on 2nd may. For those looking for solitude in a scenic location this is an excellent choice. The view in particular from the lounge is spectacular and one can spend hours just sitting there. The staff is very cordial. For a resort situated in such a secluded place, the food options are quite a few. We really liked the taste. As far as feedback is concerned, i suggest the management to please consider installing air conditioners as it gets quite hot between 1pm to 5pm. One word of caution. In order to fully enjoy all the facilities and the natural view (e. G the stream) that the resort offers, a certain amount of physical fitness is needed. They do provide gypsy for up and down movement but even the walk from the drop-point of gypsy to restaurant etc though very small in terms of distance can be tough for elderly and those with knee/walking problem. Also please do note specifically air-tel connectivity is limited/none.

No doubt the property is excellent with all the natural vibes, etc but the management is very poor in every aspect * rooms are spacious but not cleaned properly, i stayed in nirvana studio, but it was not upto the mark toilet door was not closing fully, tv was not working(it took about 1. 5 hrs and 4 calls to just open the t. V *the in house car facility is also not very good one have to wait for cars to come and take you. They should aspect have 2 drivers * restaurant needs a big time upgrade. Again very limited staff with no coordination at all. Buffet breakfast which was supposed to be 7. 30. But was displayed only after 8. 30 restaurant service is very slow, the food is good * pool condition is also very bad, broken tiles with unhigyine bathroom and toilet

This resort is situated far from the Dhanaulti city at a very special location. The view from resort rooms is picturesque and rejuvenating. Staff is very courteous and helpful. All the facilities are at their best. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay for 2 days here. The food was very delicious as well as the ambience. They also have spa facilities but it should be booked earlier. There's a water stream at the back of the resort which is breathtaking. They have several indoor sports for leisure time i.e table tennis, billiards. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone who wants to enjoy peaceful stay.

Endless efforts to provide customer satisfaction. Felt a warm understanding of individual requirements. Felt a very safe, secure and vibrant enthusiasm of positivity from the staff. Their skills at coping with endless problems with love and patience is praise worthy. It is different from the cold perfection of many 5 star Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort & Spas/resorts. They're striving to create a better, more sensitive world. My individual food request according to the ayurvedic treatment i took was very well provided for.

Location: if you prefer serene getaway close to nature, no mobile phones, far from hustle bustle, this is a really great place to be. Food: good preparation. However, there is no other places to eat apart from the Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort & Spa restaurant. Breakfast spread is only laid when there are more guests. Hygiene: the staff tries well to maintain hygiene. However, due to long holidays. Few staff were on leave. Safety: resort was safe and staff was helpful

This property had answers to all of our expectations. Location is pure magic! the food is very tasty and homely and the staff is just too helpful. In my viewpoint, this is the best property in terms of location in the entire dehradun.

It was an awesome stay, hope you continue to provide the best service and I promise to visit your resort again. Rooms are a bit smaller in size but they provide you with the best of the scenic view of hills and a water stream through the best of adventurous routes. You get your personal space if you intend to visit as a couple and you have a lot of options to chill out with friends. Food was awesome and not that expensive though not many varieties are available.

The location of the Resort is excellent between two mountain. There is also a Stream which passes through the Side of the Resort. The recreational facilities are also good. We went during march and the swimming pool was very cold and hence couldn't get into the pool. Overall it was a good stay

I had visited the place with my family. The place is out of the City amidst Hills and forest. And that's the uniqueness of this place. Hospitality and the staff is good. The food was amazing! Recommended

We booked a luxury suite to celebrate the new year and birthday. The ambience, rooms, hospitality of the staff, location of the resort and adjoining stream and woods were above expectations. If they can work a bit on the taste of food and variety, the experience would be extraordinary.
