Havelock Island Beach Resort

The resort was way too expensive given the poor facilities. The washroom was not clean and this was the complaint of most of the guests. Food was average and the management was lacking. The towels were stinking. Poor power backup. Also, the lighting in the room itself wasn't adequate. TV wasn't working. The only positive is that it's close to the Jetty and it has a PADI certified scuba center.

The location was great, food was tasty but a little expensive. Rooms need improvement, smelly rooms and size too small. Quality of bedding and towels not Upto mark of room charges they take. Rest everything was good

The property is not worth enough as per the pricing. Prices and services need more betterment. The private beach was also not that good and maintained. Swimming pool was very unclean and unhygienic.

it's a good resort but overpriced. Courteous and helpful staff. There are of places to eat nearby with pickup and drop facility.

Good staff breakfast is mind blowing. We did scuba and other activities and it was totally worth it

Hotel was quite good and the best part is the private beach. U can enjoy quality time at the beach. Food and breakfast was excellent however no welcome drink was served on arrival.

Staff mainly receptionist untrained, not listening and not responding, dirty towel used as curtains, no rod for hanger in cupboard/ almirah, poor room service.

Worst experiance. not even 3 star one. Stinking rooms, hardly available house keeping staff, no hygiene, frequent power failures, total mess & mismanagement in breakfast buffet & many more to count.

It is a luxury resort very near to the jetty and the market.Breakfast spread is good. We got the free pick up and drop facility.The best part is it’s everyday DJ night with best music and beachside dinner.

Very neatly maintained. Near to beach ⛱️. Live music 🎶 in evenings. Neatly maintained swimming pools, good decoration as per different themes.great experience

The hotel very beautiful and clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious for up to 3 people. The breakfast had good variety. The pool area is nice and there is a small beach area in the back of the hotel. I am very grateful to the employees of the hotel. My son had left his sneakers in the room, these people made an extra effort to get the shoes delivered to another island. I cannot thank enough for this and really appreciate it. The hotel was close by to all the places. It was a great experience at this hotel. Thank you

I had a pathetic experience at the resort, the main trap is that MMT listed it as a 5 star resort but it's nothing more than 3 star. Highly expensive and pathetic service. very average breakfast. not at all recommended. MMT also didn't help with refund as I had to checkout in the middle of my trip. pathetic customer service by MMT

Property is unnecessary expensive,neither a room size nor food, not a good service, proterty is not maintained, private beach does is dirty

Rooms are not at all properly maintained, poor condition, poor wifi connectivity, entire property was not properly updated and clean. Food was good , property was not at all good

Room AC was not working...I was complaining the whole day.They did not resolve the issue.My child started crying because of hot weather inside the room. At last my patience gave up.However the officer who came was very understanding person and he patiently listened to me and got my room upgraded.

great stay, complementary break fast was too good.. secure and safe.. worth staying.. the stay was in center of havlock.

Complementary cab service to and from jetty and the resort is useless. They said cabs not available. About to miss my jetty. Difficult when you travel with families and you get such surprises.
