Poor service, Bad food, Suffocated rooms, insects in room, no cleanliness in room.. had to ask for everything to make room living

The stay was really worth it. Really enjoyed the stay. Staff and restaurant is also really good.

Plz don’t book Private pool with room in this hotel. I had booked for 2 days . I was upset when I entered in the room. Pool was not maintained. Very dirty water. Ac not working properly. They don’t have any garden,Balcony,lobby. On they have pool and room that’s it. They don’t don’t give any fruits in breakfast. My worst hotel Booking till now. Better to go with Taj.

It’s okay okay property. Not so good. Prices are higher than its location and services. However, it is nearby the jetty havelock (swaraj deep)

Smelly rooms, food is terrible- we booked for 2 days and spent with countless issues - no resolutions - they chefs can’t even prep a veg sandwich for you. All they want to sell you is candle night dinner on a beach which is nothing but making fool out of you- there are much better options if you are looking to spend

We had one of the most disappointing stay here. Rooms - smelly. Swimming pool rooms smelled badly of chlorine, enough to give you headache as you enter the room. Less no. Of staff hence if you ask them for something there are high chances that they will forget to provide you that including water to drink. Cleanliness and maintenance of the property 2/5breakfast 1/5- very poor spread. They serve only banana on the name of the fruit. Taste of the breakfast is so pathetic. Last but the most disappointing part - mattresses are uncomfortable that they gave us severe backup. Swimming pool was under maintenance and they didn't not mention it anywhere. Total disappointment and waste of money. Our holiday got ruined because of them.

Wonderful experience the way it was shown in photos it came to be more than that. The entry into the pool directly from the room was the most amazing part really loved the stay and price was as per the amenities provided so really satisfied the staff was also cooperative and reaching to us in a very short span for any kind of help.

Hotel and its staff were awesome. Luxury stay as mentioned in make my trip. Pool in room as well as in hotel are also a great facilities. There is an improvement needed in washroom. Lighting was not proper in washroom and there should be a foot towel facility outside the washroom so that cleanliness may be maintained. Overall a very good experience

We visited this property from 14th - 17th (august 2022. The rooms are extremely dim-lit with improper and lighting. The rooms with the pool don’t even have natural sunlight to pass through and you’ll end up getting your room cleaned every now and then. Coming to the hospitality part, there was no consideration given to any requests we made. Our food and basic amenities like water took them 30 min to deliver. Itne mei toh dominos wala pizza deliver kardeta hai. There were times where we were told that kitchen is closed usually between 4-6pm. Understand the fact that if someone is paying 8k/night you cannot give an excuse that it’s off season so we are short on staff. Extremely pathetic and disturbing stay at this place, will not recommend to anyone. The only positive is that it’s near to the port. They will not assist you with anything in reaching the port, thankfully it’s walking distance so were able to catch our boat on time.

Hotel is just in 2 min walking distance, good ambience

it is not even worth. Smelly rooms with little space move around. Clorine odour from swimming pool gave a head ache. It has the most tiny bathroom ever. I would recommend it to shut down.

This resort is very close to the ferry. It's also very clean and tidy. The pool is kept clean and we had a great time. They also were kind enough to extend our check out time for a reasonable price.

I stayed here with my wife and it's a safe place with good environment

Had a wonderful stay. They had arranged candle light dinner which was decent enough but experience was amazing. Good, polite n friendly staff

Location is near by jetty only but room accessories didn't provide properly

Don't fall into the trap of candlelight dinner, it sucked and was 3rd class, no proper arrangements and no water/lights, and was a complete waste of money. Beyond that everything was good.
