The property is located in a neat and tidy area, but it is a bit far from the Chidambaram Temple. Guests have complained about the poor maintenance of the property, with dirty and smelly bathrooms, unclean beds and pillows, and cobwebs everywhere. The biggest turn off for guests was the water in the bathroom, which had a bad smell and was muddy. The staff was also not very helpful, with some guests reporting that they were asked for money and tips. However, some guests did appreciate the spacious rooms and ample parking space.
