HEBBARS HERITAGE HOME

I had booked a stay for 9 days. Location was easy to find. Hotel is situated on the 3rd and 4th floor. Lift can be used during the day and stairs during night. I approached reception and said i had made a reservation through mmt. The persion manning the reception stared at me as if i had spoken to him in may-an language. Soon i found out that more than 95% of visitors come there and book the room on spot based on availability. They still run the old-school style ledger for all booking and so on. The staff are courteous and friendly. I got to my room and was quite happy with what i saw. Clean mattress, large room, locker facility within the room (although you won't be able to fit your entire luggage bag & you have to bring your own lock, a mirror, a place to dry your clothes, and finally a balcony. There are some rooms with bigger balconies with better views. Room is cleaned once a day. Bedsheets and pillow covers will be changed upon request. There are ac and non-ac rooms. Bathrooms and toilets were cleaned and maintained decently. One might feel cramped for space when using the bathroom and toilet. Extra toiletries are available at reasonable rates. Hot water facility is provided. As the name suggests, there is a whole heritage vibe going on in there. There's kitchen with amenities like cutlery, microwave, stove, fridge, water purifier, and a small dining table. Few years back, they used to serve food there but not anymore. Then there is the recreation area, kind of a living room where people can come out and socialise or just spend time. There's tv with many channels. The wifi gives below average speed. Manager ajit comes to the property once a week. Would i recommend this HEBBARS HERITAGE HOME? - yes would i stay here again? - yes

Best place to stay in sobo. The location and locality is the best, all the major attractions are within walking distance and it's very close to cs t & churchgate station. For me as a female traveler, i felt extremely safe and the managers are really cooperative. The place is clean and hygienic. It's a well maintained heritage property, the best part of it is the spacious balcony attached to each dorm with a magnificent view. It is a beautiful place, i met some wonderful people, who now are friends for lifetime. It made my mumbai trip better and comfortable to another level. Thank you hebbar's heritage, see you soon.

Hebbars Heritage Home, Mumbai is one of the greatest place I have stayed while traveling till now. Its supper clean, very helpful staff with professional manner. This place gives a feel of relaxed Home stay. It has its unique designs and style. One must visit this place. Great and descent and unique looking place in the entire Fort area in affordable price. Owner himself is very polite and helpful. Had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Mumbai.

It was a pleasant experience staying in hebbarb's heritage. The architecture of the dorm was mesmerizing along with the location. Safety and security was taken care of. The decent and disciplined behaviour of the staff along with minimal interference is highly appreciated. The hygiene and facilities are well maintained as well. Overall, it was a good experience and this dormitory is highly recommended.

It's a decent HEBBARS HERITAGE HOME to stay for a day or night. Not for the people who like privacy. Beds are good, service is also good. But the breakfast was not good at all. For breakfast we got only Poha that too was packed in paper (maybe brought from some outside tapri). They need to improve in that, should bring some variety. Overall, if you are not looking for luxury, you can go for it.

Hebbar's Heritage Home has the best location if you want to enjoy the South Bombay Vibe. Hardly 200m from CST, you can just travel anywhere with a local train. The AC rooms are nice and have a great gallery view. Cleaning is done regularly. Extra towels were available at ₹20 which is reasonable. Overall a great experience, definitely returning here next time I'm in Mumbai.

The worst part is that management. Our check in is at 9 we went early at 6:30 we took some time for fresh up, and we went on our work by the time we came it was around 6 but our room was occupied by some other and it took our time around 1 hr. Other than that the room was awesome.

The location was very peaceful and calm. The rooms of the property were comfortable and peaceful. Cleanliness and facilities were good. Staffs were very well behaved and well mannered. All things were good over there and must recommend the property to others.

Great stay with professional staff

Experience a real heritage of mumbai in and out side of your home. All major attractions are nearby to explore. Spend your free time in common area, cook your basic food in kitchen, and enjoy the walks around. Must visit once!

Great value for money.2 mins walking distance from CSMT, very near to Colaba like the spaciousness, cleanliness and over all ambiance ,good for a overnight stay or a few days.No individual rooms only dormitory’s with 4 or more beds.

Nice and authentic place and on walking distance from cstm station. Kind of hostel they have rooms with 4 beds also. So you can choose based on your need

One of the best hostel i've ever seen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The premises is very clean and has all interiors of vintage look. Safety for women and children too.

It's very near to cs t station and the gateway of india. This property is good for a mid-range price level for south mumbai. Recommend staying at once.

I stayed there for almost one and half month. Was their for some work and solo traveller but i didn't feel that m alone. So friendly staff, rooms are clean, bathroom and kitchen was clean, everything is near by easy accessibility for all locations.
