Height View Residency

Wonderfully built, great location, clean n professional. Everything good about the stay except to stay cautious about one and one thing only. There is a major design flaw in rooms on 3rd floor, a stair within the room. Its very, very dangerous for anyone, specially for kids and senior citizens. We had an accident ourselves when our kid fell on his face. Be very cautious while booking these rooms. Otherwise the Height View Residency facility is excellent

I recently stayed at this Height View Residency for two days after conducting extensive research on multiple options, and i must say it exceeded my expectations. The property is fantastic, offering a clean and highly hygienic room that left me thoroughly impressed. The food served was good, and the staff members were not only polite but also incredibly friendly, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. I look forward to returning in the future.

Staff is aesome, buffet in lunch is limit based upto 700, but the quality of the food is awesome, one of the best places that ive had food in uttarakhand, they know what they are serving and it tastes better than most of the highly rated places around, plus the manager saab has earned the respect as he ensures that you are having your meals and is ready to support you anytime, an amazing man, awesome food, awesome service.

The Height View Residency is situated in a very accessible place in dehradun near the isbt. Laced with modern facilities and good interiors the Height View Residency is a good staying experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the the Height View Residency also comes with a bar which is very well stocked also. A few suggestions would be, a mini bar for all deluxe rooms and better and more lavish breakfast menu.

My stay was absolutely comfortable, i did enjoy my stay over there, all the amenities are available, rooms are neat and clean, washrooms are big and clean, food is really yummy, i would like to mention two names mr jaspal bisht and mr krishna rawat, they both are very polite they will take care of all the necessities. I will book this Height View Residency again once i will be back.

Rooms were clean and room service was up to the level. Staff was corporate friendly and humble. Best part was all services were given on time. Proper maintenance and management can be seen there. No unnecessary things can be seen. I would recommend this Height View Residency to everyone. It’s in the main city so things can be managed easily. Thank you happy stay.

Excellent stay with family. Clean and service is also good. Restaurant is very nice. Location is little bit away from prime area of the city but just 4. 5 km away from rail station. Hdfc bank and another one psu bank is available in the same building is added facility. I would like to stay next time in this Height View Residency with my family.

Everything is well with the hygienicity, cleanliness and staff behaviour but one problem is there to indicate the room with number boards. Like i faced a problem and confused with the room no. As there are three rooms of the same number 106* but only one room has its number boards and other two had not. This needs to be marked
