Heiwa Heaven Resort

The resort is located around 20 kms away from the city and that i feel was a plus point as i enjoyed being surrounded by quiet and peace. For the amenities, the place a lot of sports facilities to offer both indoor and outdoor, from soccer volleyball to tt billiards and even a playstation the only thing i felt that could be improved is that initially i was not informed that half of the sports facilities are not included in my booking and had to pay for them additionally, i would like it better if they offer all the facilities along with the rooms food was the best thing about the resort. The staff at the restaurant is too friendly and flexible and cater to all the requests you make. Coming to the food, being a non vegetarian, i had my reservations during booking this place as it was pure veg, but the chef here is super talented and the food is so delicious that i hardly had any urges for the non veg food. Kudos to chef vishwanath, the food would be the first and foremost factor in motivating me to visit this place again.

I went to this place to stay there and enjoy with my little kids. It's a huge property spread over 100 bigh i think. The room was of a decent size but the balcony was very big almost the same size as the room. Since i use a wheelchair, accessibility is the main issue for me. This place was 90% accessible. I mean i could easily enter the Heiwa Heaven Resort and reach to my room on 2nd floor using lift. Restaurant and pool is also accessible. But the bathroom is a big disappointment, i couldn't enter the bathroom. I had breakfast and dinner included in my package. If you are expecting large buffet than you will be disappointed. Options are limited and pure decided menu much like a thali but whatever is available is very tasty.

Check in was quick and pleasant. Room was neat and clean with the AC & TV working beautifully. The toilets were fully placed with toiletries and neat and clean. The concierge brought in my baggage quickly. For Evening Tea I had ordered a plate of pakoras and OMG the helping was huge for one person but it was so tasty that I ate whole of it. 😀😀For dinner I visited their restaurant since there was no buffet laid out the manger served me A la carte in my room. Next morning the breakfast was buffet spread which I enjoyed thoroughly. The check out was instant. Over all it was a pleasant one night stay.

Well, indeed a good place to stay if you travelling to Jaipur. Though it is in outskirts of Jaipur, reaching out to Jaipur city was hardly 15 minutes job. With regard to resort, everything was simply perfect- cleanliness, maintenance, staff behavior, food quality, room and bathroom size, sports amenities, adventure activities, all in all everything was there. Really overwhelmed with the staff courtesy- right from the watchman to the manager, everyone behaved with so courtesy, well applaud-able, especially Ms. Zeba Qureshi.

Its nice outdoor place for 1 or 2 days stay. The property is little less maintained. But this will be cover up by the staff here. Each and every staff is very well behaved and helping. The usp of this place is food. Amazing food very tasty. The restaurant staff serves you with so much affection. Special thanks to mr. Vimal sharma for making our stay memorable. Great hospitality. Although the negative is that property is less maintained most of the outdoor and indoor equipment was under maintainance.

It's a really good destination for fun with family or friends. I was looking for the peace and this place is really very peaceful and well maintained, the greenery really gives relax. I completely forgot all worries when i was at heiwa heaven resort. Very beautiful and attractive restaurant with plants and greenery theme gives exotic experience of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall i'll give 5 out of 5 to the resort.

Stay at heiwa heaven resort was good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and fantastic. Enjoyed the view of the hills, scenic beauty around the Heiwa Heaven Resort is nice didn't get time to visit game zone or pool hence can't say anything about it. Due to rain parking area was little muddy. The tv of the room wasn’t working, little issue with shower too.

The property is a place you gonna love staying over. The property is big and equipped with restaurant (runs till 10 pm, a swimming pool, adventure sport etc to make your day special and relaxing. The staff is nice and polite. Interior is good and well decorated with colors and lighting. We loved our stay there and really recommend it.

It was a good experience. Staff is very humble. Food was good.

The location and the build of the property is excellent. Food services are good however the in-room housekeeping can be a bit better. Plenty of parking space and garden area along with indoor games. The connectivity from the main highway may be noted as one of the shortcomings.

We were upgraded the to the executive room by the staff. Good experience overall.

Must visit resort if you are planning trip to jaipur or nearby. We enjoyed food, service and beauty of resort and as well as adventure activities.
All the staff had wear mask, maintain social distancing.

It had been a good experience during our stay. The room amenities, size, cleanliness were up to the standard. Loved the meals there, awesome taste and great service. Overall a great family hide out option in jaipur.

An average standard property located in a remote place. Rooms are not as per its cost. Gen area of the property is not well maintained.
