I booked exicutive room. AC making noise, hot water not provided . After complaning portable heater was provided.

Poor maintenance, hot water not available, arrogant staff..not even provided water bottle until we asked.. average

i got a room in which bed quality is poor, wash rooms are very dirty, room is having power supply issues.

No service persons available, No kitchen available for food. Even after paying for complementary breakfast, no breakfast provided. Rooms are very normal. Amenities mentioned during booking are all false. They have another hotel near the beach area and those photos are clubbed with this hotel. It's a completely NO if someone is looking for a Business or Work trip.

location is very easy land mark , restaurant not available, few amenities are missing ,room is to much dusty ,balcony condition is very bad , in this prise we can stay in 3star hotal

I expected better responsiveness and a more welcoming atmosphere. 2.Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness of the facilities was below expectations. The common areas and rooms did not appear to be properly maintained, and there were visible signs of neglect in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. 3.Complimentary Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory. The food lacked variety and quality, and it didn’t meet the standards I would expect from a service of this kind. The presentation was also lacking.

Very good and comfortable stay, rooms are good, service is good and washrooms are clean overall a pleasant and amazing stay

Worst ambiance Smoke smell entire floor No balcony No service Wasted 3600 per night it’s useless

The hotel's outer view is very nice but when we got our room it is completely different from the pictures shown we found our water tap broken and flush not working and theroom also did not have basic amenities so the room service was poor

stayed for two nights as already prebooked it ,rooms were tiny, not clean, had tons of cockroaches on bed and mattress, No amenities were provided , had to ask for basic things and that too were provided after hours of waiting. This stay is not worth even for .100 rs. Ruined my mood and trip in Vizag. and after facing so many problems the hotel was not willing to refund me or do anything to solve this situation. Worst stay. Will never stay here even for free.

Very poor stay,we went for early checkin and the person staying at the room had already checked out but the hotel housekeepingwere not present there,so we had to wait for almost 3 hours unnecessarily,the hotel room looked nothing like showed in the images,they had not given basic hotel amenities like handwash,dental kit,soap and shampoo the tap of the bathroom was broken and the flush was not working as well ,the pillow covers were dirty and not changed the tv was not working properly we also did not get complementary breakfast or even a water bottle overall we had a bad stay at the hotel.

Good experience staying at the hotel, the view at the balcony was scenic with the mountains on one side and city on the other.

I was checking on 25 december morning there was a no room when i inform your i am coming to this earlier only so i need a proper balcony view room banaya arrived on 25th december 26th december they change the room around 10:00 p. M. The power was cutoff in the midnight 12 o'clock they change the room in the room there is a no proper commode is working and lights are not working properly wired hanging on ceiling ac is not working the end again on 27th december power cut is happened very bad

Very bad hotel in my life bed sheets smell bad and no soap no brush.

Hotel located in a very good location on birla cross. Rooms are good. Washroom is also standard. Good hotel staffs. They are polite and humble. I must recomend.

No table in room cockroaches in room no toiletries

Good place to visit, a bit of disturbance here and there but that’s ok we enjoyed our stay & recommend

rooms are very clean with all basic amenities and are at very reasonable price. staff are very friendly and always available. lot of shops below and very nice location
