Heritage Bungalow, Rajbagh

Firstly it’s difficult to search this property as name of the Heritage Bungalow, Rajbagh is something different it’s Heritage Bungalow, Rajbagh aaisha and heritage bungalow board also there but written in very tiny letters and the gate of this property was closed no one there to open the gates. We had to bang the gate to enter the property. Myself and my friend stayed in this property for two days from 11/04/2024 to 13/04/2024. Toilets were clean and ambiance of this property is good. But the room service is terrible only two persons are available who also work in kitchen. For two days no one cleaned our room despite we kept our keys in the reception. Out of two days i was having seviour diarrhoea and omitting so requested reception for medicines they said we don’t have adequate staff to bring medicines and i had to wait till our driver comes. Electricity is often off here and they don’t have generator back up, hence tea kettle room heater, mobile chargers were not working most of the times. Food was nice. Overall property is good staff is friendly but needs staff for housekeeping

We have booked an ac heritage suite room in this Heritage Bungalow, Rajbagh. It was spacious and had the best amenities. My child was happy. The ambience was beautiful and the staff was also very nice and polite. The garden view added the charm. Must visit in this cool and calm place.

The stay was pleasant, the property was very good, isolated from the crowd. Great staff, great service. Very nice vibe, a big garden, good rooms. Area of improvement - food was not good, they have a fixed menu for each day that too was not tasty. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent stay, with excellent hospitality, rooms are warm enough to make your stay comfortable and memorable staffs are very cooperative rooms are luxurious and verma much comfortable 100% recommended to all the coming travellers

Property's location is at posh area of srinagar. Excellent Heritage Bungalow, Rajbagh ambience with spacious and neat & clean room. Service and house keeping is very good. Very beautiful lawn to sit and enjoy. Food is good.

The stay was good, and the staff was also co operative special shout to staff over there. Didn't got to know the staff name as stay was quite short, however the staff is cooperative

Nice cozy rooms. The suite main room was very beautiful. Breakfast was good. Service ok. Outside courtyard was spacious with many sitting arrangements.

The property was good. But service needs to improve.

The rooms were spacious and washrooms were neat. Amid-st the snowfall and dipping temperature, the room heating and electric blankets kept us warm. The caretakers were also very cordial and helpful

Nice location. Good food. Rooms are good. Amazing hospitality. They took extra care of a senior citizen travel-ling with us.

Stay was comfortable. Front desk little casual rooms clean and hygienic washroom was little stinking. Shower tap not very user friendly. Restaurant/bfast quality. Gud airport drop arrangement spot on.
