Heritage Inn

One of the best Heritage Inns i've ever stayed. We were on a family trip and stayed for 3 days. Location is at the centre of most of the attractive spots of mysuru, just opposite to jss hospital. Rooms are well maintained, neat and spacious. Restroom was good with automated 24hrs hot water service. Staff at reception, room service and restaurant, especially mr. Ram and mr. Nagaraj were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to provide complimentary stay for our drivers for the entire stay. 100% satisfactory stay for all age group family members.

The Heritage Inn is located very close to tourist places including the mysore palace, market etc. The room was nice and clean, hot water was available on all taps including the basin. Food is surprisingly very good and comes with decent quantity as we had both indian & indo-chinese as well as the breakfast spread - nothing was overtly local but with subtle touches. Only pane-er was a bit rubbery probably overcooked. Deluxe room has an useful fridge as well. Tv only come with free channels - need to change this or have an smart connectivity option

I stayed with my family (3 persons) for 1 night in the mini suite and got a spacious room as shown in pictures while booking. The Heritage Inn is in prime location, nearby to all major tourist spots and with parking space available. Restaurant order delivery could be faster and better as lunch was brought 30 mins after taking the orders and for dinner many dishes were not available. Apart from this, the food quality was good and breakfast buffet was fine with several options available. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay here.

Had a great experience staying in Heritage Inn heritage. Had ample amount of parking. The rooms are well maintained, it’s clean and luxurious for what we call as 3-star Heritage Inn. Washrooms are very neat. Had all the facilities listed in the Heritage Inn website. The wifi was good. We can have breakfast or lunch or dinner there only. There’s private restaurant inside the Heritage Inn. We didn’t get opportunity to taste the food as we opted to eat outside. The people who work there are very polite and welcoming.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Heritage Inn. Everything about the Heritage Inn was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed as a couple for one night, Heritage Inn is nearby to palace, 10 minutes walk. The Heritage Inn staff is helpful. Room was good, clean and standard as per Heritage Inn standards. 2 problems which i faced are - ac room has no fan, i would like to have both fan and ac to switch as per my convenience, and room door doesn't isolate lobby noise, any sound from outside will be heard and disturb you. Rest all is good. Rooftop restaurant has good breakfast options and front desk has helpful staff.

This is a centrally located standalone building Heritage Inn. We only opted for stay, not food. The Heritage Inn seems new with high quality of rooms, fixtures and materials used. Even everything in the room feels fresh and cozy. Room size is ample. Lobby has nice lighting and a fish tank the only negative is that there is lack of parking and at once instance one of the Heritage Inn attendant came in the room directly to check tv and didn't leave until we told we can't allow to check the tv now.

Pocket friendly Heritage Inn situated at the heart of the city. Rooms and bathrooms were quite clean. Haven't expected toiletries and room refreshments with kettle in this price. Hospitality was quite warm - people were caring especially need to mention about sekhar and ram from the dining, who took good care of us. Breakfast variety was good. Now there is always a scope of improvement - food taste was good but little oily. It will be great if the serving time can be reduced.

Very neat and well maintained property. Located very close to mysore palace. Staff were helpful. Rooms were very good. I would recommend this to anyone who plans to visit mysore. A big shoutout to the room service and chefs who prepared and served delicious food for us.

Comfortable and decent stay and the locality was extremely easy if you really wish to explore mysore

Excellent place for stay with family. Friendly staff and best in class service. Variety of breakfasts and nearby to most of heritage places of mysore.

Good thing is that the Heritage Inn is in a prime location. The in-house restaurant is not that good. There are limited options as even in that, many items were not available. Serving also took a lot of time. We booked a standard room and the room size is just fine. The washroom size is a little bit small. There is car parking available in the cellar for 4 to 5 cars.

Food and hygiene excellent. Location not very happy as it has too much traffic. Courteous staff and tasty food. View from Heritage Inn window hopeless.

Stay at the heritage inn Heritage Inn was very good. The food was also great but i did find that the room service could be better as i have to inform then multiple times for any instructions. Other than that everything thing was excellent.

It was easy to find the location and the service provided by the Heritage Inn management was decent and the rooms were clean. I would recommend it if you're looking for a decent and pleasant stay.

The room was spacious. Food was good. The staff was helpful. However the toiletries were not kept on arrival and when asked about them we were told it was on need basis which was interesting. We did get them eventually. The towels had some stain marks.

Our stay at the heritage inn was truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the food was both tasty and delicious. The Heritage Inn offers a spacious car parking facility under cctv surveillance, ensuring peace of mind. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this Heritage Inn for anyone visiting mysore, as it provides excellent service at an affordable rate.
