Heritage Juma Camp with Swimming Pool

we have stayed with the family in group and stay was quite good but charger extra for AC rooms which was supposed to be included in package. Toilets also water blockages

Property was nice and well maintained. Service was at the top notch and the staff of the property were really good and co-operative. Food was fresh and tasty. Local dishes were prepared and timely served to us. Facility of the property was comfortable and well maintained.

This place is awesome. Food was very good. Tent was neat and clean. Services by was excellent. He assisted us whenever required. Desert Safari was well organized. Evening recreation was great. Overall the stay was memorable. Definitely will visit again

The linen was not clean & the quality of food in breakfast & fine was pathetic. Pool was so dirty when requested to clean motor was unavailable. Very bad experience not at all like what it looks on the website

Wonderful desert stay camp, very well maintained. Best to stay with family. Tent were clean. Buffet and breakfast provided was also good.

No hot water. Stinky bedsheets. No hygiene maintained

The desert camp was awesome. We stayed in a place called heritage juma resort Jaisalmer The rooms there were very clean with all the facilities including hot water. The food was also good. The cultural programs were wonderful and they showed their culture with all the traditional instruments and dancing. We also went to the Thar desert from there. The experience was awesome. Simply enjoyed and had great fun.

Rooms were not clean, geyser was not working also there wasn’t enough water. Food could have been better. Only the cultural program was good.

We had a very nice stay a desert camp came with kids and parents n everyone had great fun. Rooms are in good shape and the service/ food is also good. Recommend for everyone who wants to have a peaceful and joyful evening in desert.

Stay was just fine, but not very appealing as it looks in the picture. I felt it was expensive for what it offers. Doesn’t expects much from a tent house in the middle of the desert. Bathroom was not tidy and stinky. Weather gets extremely cold at night and they provide hot water only between 7am - 9am which I think nobody would use it waking up so early. They had cultural program in the evening which was good. Also as they had mentioned in the booking that I will get 10% discounts on the taxi pickup drop and sight seeing service from them but I didn’t get it.

Just one word.. its awesome!! From arrival in the resort to desert safari , night cultural program every thing too good! Don’t worry about anything just book it.. really safe and staff is also very helpful. Food is also very tasty ! You’ll surely visit this place again.

This is one of the best dessert camp near the sand dunes. They have great hospitality and the people here will really make your stay comfortable and thrilling. You can choose to explore dessert safari which will give goosebumps when you go to sand dunes, try paras-ailing - i found that to be safe to opt for. Apart from this they offer great cultural programs, camel ride and good food as part of package thank you for making this a memorable trip for us.
