Hotel review: heritage madurai i recently had the pleasure of staying at heritage madurai, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff stood out, making me feel at home instantly. A special mention goes to mr. Soorya, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and cheerful demeanor made check-in seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering helpful suggestions and always greeting me with a smile. The staff at heritage madurai truly embody hospitality. The pool cleaning boy was meticulous and courteous, always ensuring the pool was spotless and ready for a refreshing swim. The security team was vigilant yet friendly, making me feel safe throughout my stay. The buggy drivers, who ferried me around the sprawling property, were incredibly polite and eager to assist, adding to the charm of the experience. Dining at the restaurant was another highlight. The staff, especially the ever-smiling “coffee akka, ” made sure mornings were pleasant. The serene atmosphere, coupled with the dedicated and hospitable team, makes heritage madurai a true gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to visit again!

Heritage madurai has managed and maintained the traditional and cultural theme. It's a place where one has to visit without anything to do except relax and enjoy the stay. It's a place where nature brings to you what we where and where we are today in the concrete jungle. It's a place to rekindled to bring back the gap between the city and village. We had waited to visit heritage property past 3 years. Finally 2025 has done that. Great guys. Keep doing the same.

We had an awesome experience at the heritage madurai ! the staff is exceptional in their service and the property is very spacious and well maintained. We returned to the heritage after more than 10 years and were happy to see how the place has been well kept and maintained the same charm ! enjoyed very much !

heritage madurai has great ambience, is centrally located, has delicious food and great service. staff are very friendly and helpful. including the security guards all were so nice. the rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. money’s worth 👍. beautiful ambience

The property is very nice, it's an old property with large rooms (deluxe. The standard rooms are disappointing on bathroom quality. Staff are friendly and nice. It's an old british club property, so the rooms are old but well maintained.

not only is it a stunning property that has been maintained extremely well, but the staff was so friendly. The experience made us regret not having stayed longer. The food, the filter coffee, the spa service was all top notch 😍

The property location, food and amenities are very good. It has a very traditional and heritage orientation. The huge trees and landscape ambience gives a beautiful view for walking.

The property was at a nice location and spread on lush greens. The rooms were huge and the house keeping also to the point.
