I had an opportunity to stay at Heritage Madurai with my wife & kid for 1 night on 27th Jan 2024. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience I had during my recent stay at your Heritage Madurai. The way your staff set up the decoration in the room & arranging cake for our marriage anniversary was commendable From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warmth and professionalism of your staff were truly remarkable. The seamless check-in process, coupled with the genuine smiles, immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional – immaculate cleanliness, tasteful decor, and thoughtful amenities created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that your team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and pampered. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with your attentive and courteous staff members who consistently exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, I would like to commend your culinary team for the delectable dining options. Room type- luxury pool villa. The room provided to us was up to the mark with cozy bed and comfortable sofa. The room and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The plunge pool attached with the villa was also clean. Coming to the food- they had a good spread of food both in the breakfast and dinner buffet with multi cuisine items. For lunch we preferred in-house dining and the services for in-house dining were very prompt. The staff was very polite and courteous. The bonus point is the property which is full of greenery and well maintained. Good for morning walks and peaceful evening walks. Unforgettable memories created in this place. Overall a great experience.

My recent stay at Heritage Madurai heritage madurai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i stepped through the doors, it felt like a second home. The experience was truly wonderful, largely due to the genuine and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The warmth and homely feeling enveloped the entire place, creating a sense of comfort that's hard to find in a Heritage Madurai. The attention to detail, the welcoming ambiance, and the exceptional service made this stay truly unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in madurai for another remarkable experience.

Well maintained beautiful resorts with lots of trees and greenery. Room was huge with a good plunge pool and bathroom. This property was worth every penny spent. Breakfast buffet had a good variety spread. Only negative i had here is the checkout took us some time. There was an unnecessary confusion in if we had used a pepsi from the fridge or not. Most of the other resorts just asks us if have used anything whereas they were checking and questioning on things which we had not used. But negatives apart, great stay! fully recommended.

Room was decent. Door leading into the room had a big gap at the bottom which i think was letting mosquitoes in the room which was a problem in our stay. The door on the bathroom side also had some gaps within the window glass slides which is also bringing the mosquitos inside. Staff and service was good but the front desk and the dining area staff are not on the same page. Water from the shower is not draining properly and is flowing out in the bathroom which was a mess after you shower.

The property is located amid-st the busted of the temple city with lush greenary to unwind and relax after a tiring day. The rooms are very beautiful with rustic interiors transposing us into an old world with modern amenities and comfort. The property is well maintained and super clean with very helpful staff. Restaurant provides multiple food options with good taste and nice ambience. Overall stay was very good and would definitely plan to visit again when in madurai.

It was a short one day trip to mardurai. The welcome part was. Not up to the mark from the reception. The luggage boy and watchman welcomed us. Garland and a warm welcome was only provided to foreigners. The food was nice and the room was spacious. The restaurant service was also great. We stayed in a plunge pool villa and the mini pool was also good. The property area is vast and well maintained. Overall it was a great stay.

Tirunelveli has advanced beyond my expectation. The Heritage Madurai is centrally located and everything is easily accessible. For people who want to shop chennai silk is just opposite and rmkv is 5 mns walk. Train station is also 5 mns and auto can be used. Food in naddi restaurant is a highlight. Staff is also very helpful. There are a lot of trainees so please be courteous to them. Over all it was very pleasant stay.

As the name suggests, every corner and nook of the property depicts heritage and beauty. Staff was extremely courteous and services provided was on point.

The heritage madurai is a fantastic property. The ambience is really good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

A peaceful stay. Must visit. Bathrooms were clean and it's safe space for women. Absolutely wonderful food and kind staff.

The heritage madurai comes with splendid architecture, well laid out private cottages, the plunge pools are a great addition, the temple well styled swimming pool was great, bar and the restaurant serves up some good fare, overall a very satisfying experience.

One of the best resort stay in madurai. Rooms are comfortable and stay was excellent, resembling a farm stay with dense plantations. Food can be improved.

Well maintained property. Neat eco friendly resort. Spacious rooms and washrooms. The plunge pool was well maintained. Housekeeping staff were prompt in response.

Its a heritage property with nice ambience and courteous staff. Great food and excellent service at the restaurant. I could only wish they had renovated the bathrooms in the rooms and reupholstered the furniture at the restaurant. The bathrooms are huge but with very old fixtures and flooring. The white fabric on the chairs are stained and chairs don't enthuse you to sit on them.

Luxury pool stay was so good and morning breakfast complimentary is so good. One more-thing the problem is no mini fridge inside the room not working.
