Heritage Residency

Stayed in Heritage Residency on our way back from Trivendrum. The Heritage Residency is conveniently located on bypass road is away from madness of Madurai traffic. The Heritage Residency is best in the town in terms of value for money, we had a great time there. A few niggles however could be taken care of, first of all AC switching ON/OFF can be done through reception only. May be notified to customer on arrival. The pool needs cleaning and overall good experience.

Our trip to madurai and darshan of meenakshi amman was very comfortable. And a good part of that was because of heritage residency. The rooms were large and comfortable. And no shortage of amenities. The staff helped us by providing relevant information about the temple. All in all, a very good place to stay if you are heading towards madurai.

I stayed this Heritage Residency with family few days back, wonderful experience. I was welcomed very hospitality and professional way from front desk I was stayed in executive room and the room was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, I really enjoyed our stay will recommend our friends.

Room - 5 hospitality - 5 hygiene and cleanliness - 5 staff behaviour - 5 food - 5 location -3 the Heritage Residency is situated far r from from the main city which will land you in getting access to transport and other market places and even outside food. Rest everything is excellent.

Neatly maintained rooms, gentle staff, worth for money, good food, makes our stay though one, quite comfortable and pleasant and satisfaction to the best. Will chose this Heritage Residency whenever coming to Madurai and recommend this property to my friends for a comfortable stay.

It was good stay as we just stayed there for a night and as per location it was near to highway. The quality of room was good. They even had swimming pool. They even provide complimentary breakfast and as we booked through makemytrip, got it for really very cheap.

The AC was not that cool had to call for reception to help on it, door auto lock wasn't in good condition. WiFi signal wasn't good enough every time we need to call room service to help on it. Overall it was a fair experience still there was room for improvement.

It was very pleasent stay at Heritage Residency. Nice room nice staff nature and nice location with ambiance car parking. Heritage Residency restaurant food quality was awesome also. Hotel washroom was also very clean. Overall it was a beautiful stay

Spacious room and clean toilet with centralised ac, buffet breakfast. Easy checkin, nearby guru theatre, arappalayam bus stand

Service is not good, no response on time

Hotel location, food, accessibility sre good. Good service. South indian dishes are good. Near to famous temples.

Food worst room service worst

Hotel is located in some what traffic free area. We enjoyed a pleasant stay. We got good entertainment like music, dance program and swimming. Totally found very good and OK. The Breakfast and services are fine.

Room service is not good, no response on time

Location is in extream locality from railway station. One room was stinking. The food quality was good, but with less quantity. Hotel should keep the staff thayt can speak hindi or english as language is the biggest barrier.

Staffs are supportive and Worth the money

From start to end everything is waste of money and energy.

Location and property are very good. Very happy with the stay. We took along with breakfast. They even has an in house restaurant with served good food to. Quite near to railway station too. Easily accessible.
