Location 10 km away from Bikaner on the highway. No shops or restaurant nearby. Only choice is to use the Heritage Resort Bikaner restaurant which is too very costly. A bottle of mineral water costs more than MRP. Hotel ambience is great. Staffs are courteous and professionally trained. But I would still suggest to chose a Heritage Resort Bikaner in the city.

The resort is very clean and beautiful. At the arrival you will be given an orange juice and wet cloth to freshen your face. In the lobby, free wifi is available, although the room in which I stayed still received the wi-fi signal. The rooms were also very clean and had Rajasthani taste of decoration in it. Overall it was a very good experience of mine.

The place and room was clean and very decent. The rooms are in a group of two so feels more like a Resort. The swimming pool was clean although it's winters so did not use it, but they also had a nice bonfire arranged by the pool. The staff was polite and accepted my request for an early check in.

The best thing about the resort is that it is peaceful. One of their staff, Mr. Navratan was very courteous and helpful and took care of all our requirements. The Resort should look towards adding some activities as there is not much to do apart from taking a swim in the pool.

Good Heritage Resort Bikaner, seems a old property, but has good rooms ,, good lawn and swimming pool, break fast is good, 10km away from fort, clean rooms, but needs a upgrade, staff is not so co operative, OK to live here. All rooms are cottages and are spacious.

It's in an extremely good location. The reception is alright the rooms are good. Bathrooms are better but water quality is pathetic. Staff is really not very trained neither co operative. There are loopholes here n there. Its 3-star property by best.

Chef in the restaurant need to be change. Not a single item I ordered was upto the mark. I ordered spanish omelette with butter toast, lasagne, chilly cheese toast with cold coffee. Nothing was good enough to satisfy your hunger.

The Heritage Resort Bikaner was a bit outside the city. But that was okay with us. The staff members were very helpful and honest. There were no hidden charges after arrival. I will recommend this to others. Thank you.
