YAAN Lake View Private Pool Villa

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The resort's restaurants offered a wide range of culinary delights, from local specialties to international cuisine, all prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The presentation of each dish was a work of art, and the flavors were simply divine. The resort's amenities and activities were also top-notch. Whether i was lounging by the pristine pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or exploring the nearby natural wonders, there was never a dull moment. I can't say enough about the breathtaking natural surroundings of this resort. The beautiful gardens and crystal-clear waters created a tranquil and idyllic atmosphere. A very peaceful holiday destination. Rooms are neat. Balcony lake views rooms or the sit out area attached to the room is the highlight. Buffet spread for breakfast was delicious and tasty. Did order a honey chilly potato and murgh biryani ala carte. Must say the biryani was one of the finest tasted. Spa is good. The aroma massage was very relaxing. Very professional front desk and housekeeping team. Satyamatayan was good for any kind of help. All staff is cordial and warm. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking out for a quick getaway with some peace of mind. I want to express my gratitude to few team members i remember few names mr. Asif, mr. Ashutosh, mr. Manish; ms tanu and spa reception lady was very friendly and cooperative. Overall it was a family destination place to spend good time with family.

Location, facilities, everything top class. Just the staff needs to improve. They called few days before trip and informed that they had transferred our booking to Labhgarh resort because of maintenance. But they didn't inform Labhgarh. We wasted an hour at Labhgarh because they had no idea. When we called Heritage resort they said that our booking was re shifted and they forgot to inform. When we asked for some discount for the trouble they became rude and refused. Bad behavior during checkout.

Property is outside the city hard to find uber, food was okay. We booked a pool villa. I was expecting pool is heated but it’s a big disappointment that water is so cold couldnot ever place my foot in. No bathrobe, heat dryers was so inconvenient, the way they charge money they must provide some drinks and snacks in room. There is no activity or entertainment source. Nothing much to do here, other then that my villa view was amazing

The cuisine at ya-an wellness is a culinary delight. The restaurant serves delicious and healthy dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Ya-an wellness is beautiful for a serne break. It's in mountain top and has a beautiful lake view. Thou it's interiors they served amazing food. The manager who is in the counter at night did an amazing job while check in people fast. The chef was soo good he made sure all our food needs are met and asked for repeated clarity from us. Thank you. You all did a great job

Everything is great but private pool doesn't have tempreture controller

For vegetation this resort is excellent in food room service is very good resort staff is so humble and caring support for every call is excellent room is awesome as i think room with private pool villa feel a great experience enjoyed fullyyy i will repeat this resort for this location sure

You will be amazed with the ambience of the property, location and especially if you have taken the private pool. The food was okayish and service was fine. This is a must visit place for couples and even family.

It is situated in middle of lush green mountains. Excellent location, superb rooms with beautiful view and delicious food. Worth staying, recommend it and will definitely visit again.

Overall excellent stay. Good location and infrastructure. The pool villa experience is one of the best spaces. The restaurant and its service was very disappointing.

The resort is located at ekling ji which is around 20kms from udaipur. It doesn't has the disturbance of the city. Room has lake view and are big enough to accommodate three. Breakfast had a vast spread and the dinner was also really good. I'll definitely recommend this place to many.
