Heritage Shreen Houseboat

Very nice hosts who will also guide you with everything. Prepared authentic kashmiri food for us on boat. Hosts are also good for conversations about life in general. Highly recommended Service is excellent by care taker Dar & Arif and also by the owner Umar. Food is very hygienic and tasty. It is very nice place to stay. It is near to Gate no, 09 in Dal lake. The interior is good. The cleaning is up to good level. The staff is also very good. The front view from here is very nice. The room are very spacious. Three to four house boats are connected. A large family or a family party can be easily organised here. I will recommend this place. The dinning Hall and multi purpose Hall is very decorative which will attract you a lot. I liked this place. 👌

It was an amazing stay at houseboat heritage shreen. We visited the place on june 2022, stayed there for 2 nights. The owners are extremely polite and are helpful in arranging shikara rides and autos and taxis. They treated us like there family members. Served us home cooked delicious food at nominal cost. You have to take shikara rides from there whenever you want to go to any places to eat or shop and the owners will arrange you that. The place and rooms were very clean, they also have provision for electric mattress and hot water. It's a very safe place and it was a great experience to stay in this house boat.

Amazing experience and i highly recommend them. Sharing an honest response for people who are looking out for best backwater boat experience. The owner u mark is super responsive and respectful and provided all the required information for the kashmir trip boat is sophisticated, never had a dull moment while staying in houseboat and home food was delicious. If i’m ever flying to kashmir for houseboat & kashmir package, i’ll definitely plan to book with heritage shreen houseboat (umar & yousuf uncle ) i honestly hope this review helps others and would bring joyful trip with no regrets!

These guys really understand the meaning of the word hospitality. Nothing is too much for them and i never saw the smile waver from any of thier faces for all the time i was there. They treat you so well that one actually feels bad while leaving for home. The food too was quiet good and my parents liked the fact that they could phulkas here. All in all one of the best places to stay in srinagar and quiet an experience. I hope to come back soon. Ps they also have a motor boat for pick and drop at all times.

A space of luxury far away from materialistic luxury! heritage shreen, the houseboat that justifies the name truly and was a harmonious experience for me and my family in srinagar. Starting from the feel, the surrounding, the rooms, the food (you cannot miss their tea though) to staff everything was just you need in a houseboat. Last but not the least, the owner will make you not just welcome but is a man of warmth and humility. Don’t forget, when visiting houseboat in srinagar, choose heritage shreen!

Fantastic Experience ! I would definately recomend this Houseboat for a stay,it had beautiful clean , spacious rooms,the food is great and the hospitality provided by the Houseboat and the staff is beyond fantastic.The chef Dar would come personaly and check with you for any help needed , besides Mr Umar the Owner also comes talks to you and makes sure your comfortable.All in all a wonderful stay and seeing happy smiling faces around you made it even more worthwhile 👍. We along with our family stayed in this house boat for one day. Very clean and nicely maintained rooms even better than standard Heritage Shreen Houseboats. Staffs are good and well behaved. Need improvement in food variety and quality specially in break fast very limited option. Hope the team will understand not value for money. They are charging very high cost, they should have good buffet breakfast and dinner including fruits.

We are carrying wonderful memories of our stay at heritage shreen houseboats, srinagar. Couldn’t have thought of a better place to stay that offers great service. Property was located in ghat no 9 and at a decent location. Has clean bathrooms. The lenins were not clean and food was homely

Good house boat but food is not available, it is negative and draw back for that

Truly said is if heaven is on earth it is kashmir but with people like mr u mar who is the owner of the houseboat where we stayed back and came once again was because of him. He is a epitome in hospitality. Clean rooms, helpful staff and more over the owner u mar is always there with the customers and clients supervision each and everything personal touch and his sweet language comes from his pure heart.

Heritage shreen is a great place to stay! we went with our family and enjoyed every bit of it. The location is very good, food is great and rooms are also very clean and comfortable! the staff is also super supportive and the owner is always around to take care of the guests like family! i’d highly recommend the property!

The rooms v ere very clean and the hospitality was awesome. The houseboat staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was well equipped and the food was good as well. Overall a very present stay would recommend for a stay in srinagar

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. O mar and sana helped me throughout the trip. Jahengir also helped me to get my medicine at late night. Staff helped me in every possible way. As i was solo traveller, i was very comfortable here.

This place feels so magical, every single interior here is soo antique n special which adds fantasy feels to live here, ohh n food it's soo simply beautiful like "maa ke ha-at ka khana" all the best services provided no complaints. Should visit here once in life time.
