Hermes Resort & Spa

We were a family of 5 persons. Planned a bit late and started looking at options to stay 4-5 days prior to travel. We were looking at a place near to malpe beach so that is is easy for us to travel. Was able to get a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights, almost all of the other Hermes Resort & Spas near malpe beach were booked. Checked in on 21-oct and checked out 23-oct. Overall it was a decent place to stay at the price point. . Pros:* got a decent price for 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights for 5 folks. Extra mattress was provided in the same package. There were 2 bedrooms with attached baths, living room with sofa, table, microwave, fridge and a balcony, fans and ac* ample car parking space, the whole Hermes Resort & Spa compound is big and there is no problem to park your car* bath rooms were clean, commode, bath fittings and wash basin looked very new * Hermes Resort & Spa had a fresh coat of white paint* away from the hustle and bustle, very close to kadike beach, ~1km from the Hermes Resort & Spa. There was no crowd at this beach, felt like a private beach for yourself* they have a water park, small swimming pool, play area which is good for kids to play. It was open on sunday* complimentary breakfast was pretty decent. Toasted bread, butter, jam, idli, vada, dosa, chutney, sambar, shavige bath, kesar bath, boiled eggs, gol bajji, a loo pratha etc. * the Hermes Resort & Spa is very close to malpe and matte beach also. We drove around in our own car and all these beaches were easily accessiblecons:* entrance to front desk * as soon as you check-in to your room, check that the bedsheets etc have been replaced with fresh ones, one of the bedsheets in one of the bedroom was a bit dirty and the staff changed it after we pointed this out* ask the staff to switch on the ac and check all the 3 ac's are working fine (1 for each bedroom and 1 for the hall), in our case one of the ac would switch off after sometime* food at the zykaa restaurant was so - so, nothing great, we only had a lunch once there to check out the taste. Its better you can have lunch and dinner outside* they do not serve beer or alcohol in the restaurant in the Hermes Resort & Spainitially, i was a bit apprehensive, how this place turned out pretty well actually. Plan a bit early so that you get a much better dealhope this helps. Have a great trip.

I had a very good experience. We stayed for a day on 31st december. The prices were too hyped as compared to the regular price. We paid 16k for 2bhk 2 rooms while the regular price is 5-6k. The overall stay was quite comfortable. The staff is very polite and professional. The check-in was smooth. The rooms are really good and specious. It is nothing less than 5 star rooms. The resort has a big swimming pool along with small water activities for both kids and adults. They have a kid playing area as well. They planned the new year celebration party at night. The food was also good. Overall it was a quite comfortable stay.

We booked a 1 bed room apartment which has got ample amount of space as it has got one hall as well. Tv is provided in both hall and room. I had earlier read so many negative reviews about the pool inside the resort. I got to use the swimming pool in the evening and trust me it was as clean then as well. Spent so much of quality time inside it. Now coming to the food, the resort has got its own restaurant by the name zykaa which has got a very good menu and the food served is of excellent quality, both in terms of taste and hygiene. Overall a very satisfying stay here in the resort!

its basically a apartment buildings turned into a Hermes Resort & Spa. the location is little far from the udupi main city and 5 kms from the Malpe Beach. we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and room was ok provided with basic ameneties. over. There are things which could be improved in terms of interior designing anf overall maintenance. Restraunt i think is thr weakling to thr resort. Breakfast provided was literally average. At dinner, we were served Soup in Plastic bowls. Water park and swimmingPool are major attraction points.

Pros: we just wanted to spend a day out to relax and have fun in the swimming pool and water park with our kid. Aryaan resort was perfect and in addition the food was too good. The restaurant staff were open to our requests and the service was excellent. Water park timings were 9 to 11 in the morning and 5 to 7 in the evening. Cons: the rooms could have been cleaner as there was dust from the headboard of the bed. The indoor and outdoor game activities will be commencing from november and were currently closed during our visit

Had booked a one bedroom apartment. Both the rooms have independent a/c and a refrigerator. We booked it because of kids pool and play area for my kid which is pretty decent. The Hermes Resort & Spa was full on the day we went. Zykaa restuarant is neat and clean, serves delicious food. We loved the buffet breakfast with nearly 8-10 items. Water park has kid slides, even adults like it. Only thing is pool had lil bit of pegion features. Staff is cooperative. Altogether a decent, fun loving stay for a vacation.

The location was a bit far off udupi but in a very remote and peaceful place, the beach is just 1km away from the location which is a big plus. The food at the resort is delicious and the service is decent. The room is spacious and the rooms had all the amenities mentioned while booking. The only bad thing was the property is not maintained and not clean. The pictures do not represent what is actually present (cleanliness and maintenance wise. Overall we had a good stay.

Premium rooms were good, staff is polite and helpful, complementary breakfast is good. For breakfast plates are old plastic ones, which need to be changed but breakfast varities and quality is good. We loved the stay. Zayka(restaurant) veg food is good (specially chinese items. Quantity is bit less when compared to prices. Management staff, house keeping and restaurant staff was really good and helpful. Will recommend to try it once.

Clean rooms. Great services. Professional staffs. We enjoyed our stay here. This place is just 800 mtrs from the beach and is a perfect place to enjoy your vacation. There is a lot of activities for kids like mini water park, gaming room, kids play area.

The Hermes Resort & Spa was very good and rooms were clean and spacious. Need to improve on the speed of service. Breakfast was very average.

Stay was good but i had to wait for more than 30 minutes for check-in as the room was not ready. It was only post 3:15 pm i got the room. Other than that stay was comfortable and service was good. Water park picture at the resort. View from the window

Warm welcome, courteous staff and most importantly rooms looked premium. Located just a little away from malpe beach.

Wonderful property near and clean, tasty food, really value for money and we stayed family and enjoyed the pool and stay.

Excellent resort for family. Children enjoy the water park attached with swimming pool. Clean rooms with good natural light. Nice wash room with bathtub. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Food is good. Properly is walkable distance to kadike beach.

The room was clean and hygienic. The staff were very humble and very helpful. There restaurant zaica serves mouth watering food. Overall a must stay place (if you are looking only to stay) we did not utilize any of their amenities, hence no comment. I'm sure kids will love this place with all the amenities provided.

Nice place good to stay to family but little bit swimming pool maintance want otherwise nothing to tell

Hotel is in best location, need to improve room cleanness, food is ok, service and response is good. Hotel is near to beach.

Stayed at this resort for about 24 hours on a weekend. Our 4 year old kid definitely loved this place and is already insisting on visiting again. The room and the bathroom were clean. The service was good. The buffet breakfast had good options and tasted good too. Our kid loved the swimming pool and the water slides. The outdoor play area was also good although a little more care would have been better.

Bhk apartments are nice. Staff are helpful and will arrange auto on requests. 4 km from malpe beach. Nice stay

We had a pleasant stay with aryan Hermes Resort & Spa and resort. Service and Hermes Resort & Spa staff was very helpful. Food was very good. Breakfast was really good.
