Worst service. Damaged doors . No plates and sourcers provided. No water provided. Stinky rooms

Location is great and it is right opposite to govt lift. Rooms were good and staffs were quite helpful. Food is very rxpensive

I was in Shimla to celebrate a birthday and stayed at the hotel for 3 days. It was comfortable, and the staff was polite. It is the location that makes it best suited given its close proximity to the Mall Road. While the overall experience was good. It would have been nicer if the hotel was nicer about the celebration with its hospitality - always leaves a lasting impression. Nonetheless, will still recommend.

Room we got was different from the image shown in the app. Still the room was comfortable.

Property location was good it’s in the center of Shimla Mall Road. Food was average should include more options in the breakfast buffet. Amenities and services was also average.

Please stay here if your nose is dead.only thing this hotel has is location. Please run if Premium is in your vacay plans- It's for Premium discomfort! To rate my stay, I think this beyond -2* experience 1. If hot water is something that you need, you'd be pouring out 6-10 buckets of water for a drop of hot water, pretty convenient if you want live waterfall experience 2. The room has no view, well you could view a very old building's rotten wall,exactly why someone would wanna visit Shimla 3. The bathroom was a near death experience because of the horrible smell, I would be glad if I could leave my nose behind. 4. Carry your shower gel Please else the hotel will bombard you with miniature shampoos ,even when you'd particularly want soap! 4. If you unluckily need wifi for Work/netflix, the hotel is going to provide you with a network that doesn't connect(for 48 hours that we stayed). Everytime the reception will come up with a fantastic excuse. 5.The ceiling has patches of damp fungi spots- unwanted roomies. 6. The basic amenities like Kettle-tea-coffee are absent( you'll have to be nagging to get them delivered) 7. Water bottles cost 20 a litre in shops nearby but they don't even give you a single complimentary water bottle 8. There is no CCTV in the corridors, pretty safe for thieves to do their job 🤔 This review is particularly for Bridge View Premium! Bridge view regency is pretty awesome though! It's just in the corridor above...

The location of hotel is right at the mall road and just opposite the govt lift which makes it easier for the commute and view from the hotel is just awesome. Overall a good stay with good staff.

The location is amazing, the views mesmerising, lift is cozy, and washrooms curtains are not upto the mark, could be improved.

Hotel is in an area where vehicles cannot go. Post booking the hotel feels it is not important to inform about this. We kept looking around for the way to the hotel and got informed by a passer by that there is none. Then at our own expense ( pretty high, we hired porters to carry luggage in dark hours and when it was raining. Worse we had small children with us. It was an uphill climb of over 1 km. No ownership by hotel and no arrangements made. Pathetic experience.

Nice stay at the hotel. Nice location. Breakfast was good. Stay was very comfortable. But the rates were little to the higher side.

It was a group trip. But room is not good not bad. Overall ok experience. Cost of food is very much high

I had selected the date wrongly when i called then they told no problem you will get the today, but today they are refusing to confirm the booking. Need support for booking or refund

Overall hotel is good. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean and good view of shimla hills from the rooms. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Location is very close to the lift.

Property needs renovation. Rooms and bedding are not clean. This is 2 star hotel. Only location wise property is good.

Rooms are ok but the hotel has an average rating as per infrastructure and facility available. The hotel's location is good and people can easily reach out through the transportation lift. The view from the 6th floor room is also awesome. But security wise and there is no guard on the main entry and reception on the 7th floor is something not like it. The bed mattress is making too much noise and needs maintenance. Rest it's peace full.

It is a good hotel. It management staff is so good. It services are very nice.
