I stayed with Family . Rooms are very clean . Service very good , Enjoyed shows and cultural programs in the Evening . Pleasant atmosphere for Morning walk and Enjoyed everything . Food served also very tasty and relishing .

The location of facility ia good.... The food is excellent also the various game zone waterpark and many more rajasthani programme light up stay.... The only thing they can improve is about the ventillation facility and must have clean blanket.

The room was dirty, and water was leaking from the bathroom. After contacting many companies, the issue was not resolved. When I asked for the manager, I was told they were on a five-day leave and nothing could be done. When I asked for a welcome drink, I was denied, told there was no welcome drink. I was also charged for water and food, despite choosing a room with breakfast.

I recently visited venue last week, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was very tasty, the cultural program was fantastic, and the rules were well-defined and efficiently managed. The cleanliness was also good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

bathroom exhaust was not working, whole room smelled like public toilet, unable to sleep at night. checked out 6 AM itself. complaint was raised just after checkin but nothing was done to rectify or provide alternate accomodation.

The Resort is good , But the maintainance issue . Thier dinner is not good and the service is very slow and limited but their breakfast is supper they Prepared for us 1 hr early and hats off to the chef for the special efforf.

However, the air conditioning in our room was unfortunately disappointing, especially during the warmer hours. Despite this, the overall ambiance and experience, particularly the vibrant weekend atmosphere, make the Royal Cottage a preferred choice for an immersive cultural getaway, provided the AC issue is addressed. While Chokhi Dhani generally buzzes with energy on weekends, some activities might be closed or less frequent, potentially leading to a slightly less crowded experience in certain areas. Despite this, the overall vibrant cultural atmosphere and lively ambiance still make weekends a preferred time for many to visit.

Their behavior was unprofessional as i'm traveling with small baby but they did not provided confirm room.

We visited with friends and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was fine, but we were not briefed about the hotel facilities—we had to ask for everything ourselves. Since it was a weekend, we were surprised that food service stopped so early. We were informed that the last order for food was at 10:30 PM, and by 11 PM, they were unable to serve anything. The in-room dining staff seemed unaware of the snack options, and despite multiple requests, ice was not available. Even chilled mineral water was missing. However, on the positive side, the service improved later, and the boy who served us was attentive. A few other staff members were also active and helpful. We had booked two rooms and enjoyed our evening with friends. However, breakfast was disappointing. The poha was extremely hard and inedible, which was surprising given that Malwa is known for its delicious poha. Additionally, the coffee was cold. Overall, while some aspects of the service were good, there are areas that need significant improvement, *especially food* availability and staff awareness. Thanks
